I love the drinks here and the service is always good. Management is always happy to make things right whenever I have an issue. Plus they stay open so late so that's convenient when I'm craving a late night treat.

This place is awesome! The tea and service is always consistent. They have an extensive menu with seasonal items and food!! Only thing is this place is always busy (for a good reason) so sometimes the wait can be a little long, but I promise it worth the wait!

DONT GET THE EGG CUSTARD! After being a regular customer for a few months, I got some really bad food poisoning from this place. I got my regular order of tiger milk tea with yogurt boba, but decided that I wanted to treat myself to the egg custard this last Friday night. Not only was the custard grainy, but my stomach almost instantly got the rumbles. The next day was incredibly painful. I had unending watery diarrhea and a fever, with cramps so bad that I couldn’t stand up for more than a few minutes without keeling over. Almost 2 days later, I’m still getting rumbles, pain and diarrhea. I did notice that the workers would keep the lids to the toppings open while making drinks, so I’m willing to bet that the poor practice lead to lower temps and ultimately my food poisoning. I genuinely loved coming to this place, but I guess I’ll have to go back to my old stops.
