I usually enjoy ordering from here, but this time I was really disappointed. I ordered a large fruit tea with popping boba, and the cup was filled with more than 90% ice. There were barely 4–5 sips of actual drink, and I couldn’t even get my straw to the bottom where the boba was. In my previous orders, the balance between ice and tea was perfect, but this time it really missed the mark. I hope they can reduce the ice next time so we can actually enjoy the drink we pay for.

Go to Annandale tea do, this location sucks. workers seem miserable every time I visit, no acknowledging of customers. I asked for less ice and the cup was filled with ice, sauce size is tiny they give like a drop of spicy mayo, on top of charging $1 for an extra drizzle of sauce. Don’t even bother making any requests on how you like your drink to be made, because they will not do it for you. Horrible customer service.
