I thoroughly enjoyed this store in Fair Oaks Mall. It has a great selection of teas, a few brewed for tasting, and I was able to buy a cup of brewed tea. The salesperson Mr. Neil was extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic to explain teas, and friendly.

A wide variety of selections. I'm not a big tea conissuer, so the associate walked me thru all the options. She was very patient and knowledgeable. My favorite tea is the Hawaiian mango tea. I think I've found my favorite tea spot.

I appreciated how tiny the sample cups were, kawaii. The thing is though, the flavors were so strong is was probably the perfect amount for me to know what not to actually buy

Loved this tea store. They have a lot of variety of different teas. They also specialize in bubble teas without any gelatin. Went there for a drink and walked out with a bag of tea. This is my favorite tea store now.

You will be surprised by the excessive prices that they have in store. They don't have prices posted, and the pushy sales sales people make it very uncomfortable.

Saleswoman making the tea immediately made a snide remark to me while placing my order. After waiting fifteen minutes for a simple cup of hot tea, I asked for a refund and left. Won’t be coming back.

They've got a great quality of service. I've been here multiple times, and they offer complimentary teas at the front of the store. However, if there was a suggestion that I would offer, it would be to maybe change the flavors more often, and use it to promote the newest or seasonal flavors, so people get a taste of how the seasonal flavors will go. However, the employees are really nice and friendly, offering customized suggestions and allowing you to smell the flavors.I had the boba from here once, and it was ok. It felt a bit watered down, and it would be nice if it had some milk and sweetness, but honestly felt like I was drinking boba water. I wouldn't recommend the boba, but this store definitely has a great selection of teas.
