I literally ordered from The Burger Den three nights in a row and every time it hit! My wife and Is orders were done perfectly and it came quickly. My experience has been different from others obviously, however, I feel like maybe they've made improvements because I'd argue best burger I've had in NOVA in a loooong time. Keep improving!!

Poor service, ordered an extra “impossible patty” but did not receive the extra patty. The original patty was not what I expected, it was a black bean patty that tasted like freezer. Very mushy, terrible food and terrible service. I would not recommend.

I ordered a hamburger with potatoes, they were old and the hamburger was terrible. I do not recommend it to anyone, I threw it away, do not waste your money ordering in this place

They charge $17 for a sub par burger and 5 union rings. Not 5 orders of onion rings. Just 5 total.
