We were greeted by Luther the 12 foot Halloween decoration when we entered! It was a delight from the moment we opened the door! Service was outstanding. The food was so delicious! I had the bourguignon, the best I've ever tasted! I really appreciated the spacing between the tables and even though the restaurant was full, I could have a nice conversation with my companions. I can't wait to return. This is now my favorite place in the neighborhood!

We celebrated seven months of dating and my partner hadn't been before. It's one of my favorite places. He loved the meal and the baguette with the dips. He enjoyed it so much. Great spot for dinner with friends and you r loved ones too.

Excellent as always! From service to the wine and food The Wine House consistently goes above and beyond! We enjoyed a crab cake entree, a risotto with shrimp, and a cod. All were served piping hot, beautiful presentation and were delicious! Our wine was fabulous a lush, smooth and robust Tempranillo which improved with each moment that it was open. Everyone on the staff is so warm and welcoming and The Wine House remains one of our favorite places for 12+ years.

My wife and I dined here during Fairfax City Restaurant Week. We've dined here several times previously. First thing to note is outstanding service, always friendly wait staff. My wife has Gazpacho and Coc Au Van I had a peach and burrata salad and a flat iron steak with toasted carrots. Both meals were tasty, well cooked and enjoyable. One thing we like about this place, beyond the wide assortment of wines, is an outdoor dining patio. Worth trying if you've never been.

we came for brunch during Restaurant week. The set menu was a very good value, but we still ended up over $200 for the four of us (including 5 glasses of wine). The ahi tuna could have benefited from a bit of salt, otherwise, the salmon, burger, shrimp and grits and tuna were lovely. it was our second meal at TWH in August. Love the place.

Drank wine and ate cheese plate outside. Food and drink were very good. Service was excellent. Very pleasant, despite occasional traffic noise.

This is a spot with a small menu - and by small, I mean that the chef is an expert in each item. I saved my appetite all day (ok I had a smoothie mid day) and had a roasted beet salad then the braised lamb shank. The knife was for decor. Well I used the knife to cut the beets but really the meat fell off the bone with the lamb shank. Delicious, moist, mouth watering in writing this. Thank you for an amazing date night
