Our dance camp ordered lunch twice this week from Tropical Smoothie Cafe University Mall. They are always very busy at lunchtime, but still made sure we got our young dancers their food quickly and everyone loved the food and the smoothies!

Smoothies are good..food is nasty. Employees are very nice, however the wait was long and the sandwich was barely crispy. I'll be back for the smoothies but after numerous time trying different food items I'm not impressed.

Closing time 9pm. I got there at 8:46pm. I see two worker talking but door was already locked. I think time is one of sevice and promise with customers. If you cannot promise the specially there was no one and two of worker is talking eacher and you still have 14 mins.

Walked in after a week of bed rest, toddler in tow. Without any prompts, the staff acknowledged my son and even gave him a mini cup with the over flow of my smoothie. It made both of our days. Thank you!

Ordered their Carribean J*** Chicken wrap. It was pretty sizeable for the price (not Chipotle big though). You do get a choice of a side with their wraps, quesadillas, sandwiches, and salads. See pics I choose a bag of chips. The wrap was well stuffed and was warm when received. They do heat up and press the tortilla before assembling. It tasted good for what it was. Didn't try their smoothie this time around. I have in the past at a different location and was not very impressed. But there are two size options. See pics. Inside has pretty limited seating. You can see behind the counter to see how the food is prepped. I saw into their storage fridge as well. Not very impressed with the cleanliness. It is located in University Mall shopping center so there is plenty of free parking in the lots and there are places to sit outside the restaurant.
I hope this store does something about this. Found this floating in the toilet, pretty big one at that.

I get the Chia banana max smoothie almost weekly. I usually modify it (no sugar, water instead coconut milk) and it’s usually good. Today it was the best! I even think a new girl made it ?They’ve always been very nice and friendly at The University Mall location.
