I’ve been a patron of Tropical Smoothie Cafe for many years, but had never visited this location. Today I found two small pieces of plastic in my smoothie before I finally stopped drinking it. Unfortunately I’ve lost trust in the establishment as I easily could’ve swallowed these.

Tropical Smoothie has always been my go to because I love their smoothies. This particular one is right by I work so I frequent this place often!The team has always been awesome and pleasant. The reason I’m writing this review today is because I got my smoothie, and they gave me a second cup for the extra smoothie rather than throwing it out like I usually see them do.This pushed me over and this place is awesome.

This is a great place! There is always a crowd. The staff are wonderful, polite, and attentive. Kudos to Josh, the manager. He runs a great operation and is an excellent ambassador for the brand. Yes, the smoothies are a delicious treat. I intend to visit here often!

I bought two smoothies but the avocolada is too sweet

Only one-thing/downfall of this place makes it so so mediocre. They use sub grade honey(made from sugar from the taste of it) and its the first thing you taste, it ruins all the goodies in the dish. If they used grade A, their bowls and smoothies would be out of this world.
Terrible experience. Went in for a wrap middle of the afternoon and it took a while to get it despite noone being in the store. Then the food was bad: the rice was way undercooked and hard, there was barely any chicken in the wrap, and worst of all, the slaw side looked and tasted old. Took 2 bites of the slaw and threw it away.

Ordered curbside because I have a baby in the car. I was parked out front of the store and could see my order sitting there so I called. The woman picked up the phone and then hung up on me - I saw her clear as day do it! So I had to leave my baby in the car and go inside because of their laziness. We’ve had other poor experiences at this location as well. Really disappointing because we love TSC.

Very bad I order 3 smoothie and taste like just like water no flavor nothing and the guy was just on his phone put the same smoothie from the kids one no chocolate. We always go there and they make it good but this guys did not
