Velocity Wings offers a variety of wing flavors from mild to spicy, along with salads, sandwiches, and wraps. The Carolina Reaper wings were spicy, but not as hot as expected, while the mango habanero wings were disappointingly tame. The friendly staff provide excellent service, although it can be slow during busy times. The fries are tasty and hot, and the TVs at the tables are a nice touch for sports fans.

The restaurant has a "Cheers"-type feel, as it was opened by the owner of V5. The building used to be a bank, and they've turned the ATM drive-through area into a patio with a garage door that can be open in the summer and closed in the winter. There is a plethora of TVs for all the sports fans, and on the weekends, they have live DJs/music. The clientele are kind and polite, and the Asst GM and the bartender/supervisor are praised for their excellent service and friendly personalities.
