Terrible serviceRude AF

the food is good but the service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. The owners, especially the male owner doesn't have any education or bedside manners at ALL. He threw my credit card back to me without any reason, he didn't even apologize about it. I had another co-worker by my side and she witnesses the whole experience. Then I wanted to pay with cash, but I ended up cancelling the order because the way I was treated wasn't neither fair nor right. The prices are OUTRAGED already and you have no customer service skills for the people that are using and buying and giving you business.

This place has exceptionally poor customer service. They are not accommodating in the slightest. The food is terrible. Everything is overpriced. The only improvement would be if they went out of business.

The food was okay... I got a grilled cheese. My coffee tasted a bit burnt. This place could be a lot better if they didn’t carry all these artificial candies... and not to mention they also carry low quality maple syrup, in my opinion. They should also consider carrying real, pure maple syrup without artificial flavors and organic honey to put in your coffee (if you take honey instead of sugar). Otherwise, this place would be great...

Terrible food quality, and so overpriced;(

Don't eat here very poor quality food. For example they advertised chicken wings (the big ones) but you get drumlets with hair. The burger meat they use is from Costco...just gross.

Wife had to come to the neighboring office building for a Dr. appointment. Decided to check out this place for a quick bite rather than go to a franchised restaurant. Service and scene was nice. Ordered a BLT and a coffee. I knew something was off when I picked up the wrapped sandwich, and it felt like 2 pieces of bread wrapped in a napkin. I opened the sandwich and knew my prediction was correct. This bot was basically bread, lettuce, and tomato with a small side of bacon. I'm talking two strips that were broken in half. For 6 bucks. Everyone knows that a good BLT needs to be dominated by bacon crunchiness and chewiness. There was no crunch or chew to be found. The chicken sandwich was basically the same price for a full patty. This was like bacon flavored bread. I mentioned to my wife that I would still be hungry after only consuming half of the sandwich. Finished it starving. I can't attest to the other offerings, but the blt was either overpriced or under filled.

Definitely your hole in the wall cafe located right outside multiple medical buildings. I stopped in for a drink after a doctors appointment but was allured by something that smelled good. I was feeling a bit hungry so I took a peak at their menu. I didn't really see anything that sparkly my interest so I went with a plain crispy chicken sandwich. Within 2 minutes my order was ready. I had already checked out so I took a sit. The bread to chicken patty ratio was about 70 to 30. It was honestly like a nugget on a huge roll. The chicken was very very tough and cold. Possibly it was put in the fryer multiple times. I'm not sure. The bread was stale. I was very disappointed and ended up just tossing it out. I much rather have wasted the calories on a McChicken at McDonalds. I would have saved myself $5 and I would have enjoyed it. I would go back for their drinks and snacks selection. I wouldn't order their hot food again.

Solid lunch café. I highly recommend this place if you're going to the hospital, or if you're just passing through and need a quick bite to eat. The food was good and reasonably priced. The pesto chicken sandwich was really good! The pesto was fresh and the chicken was grilled just right. My wife got the California club which was pretty good except it was soggy from the oil. The avocado was worth it though. Five stars for the chicken pesto and three for the California club, which comes out to a solid four stars!

I work in the neighboring office, we recently moved buildings and I found this place was super convenient. Our "old" sandwich shop left ALOT to be desired. This place however is quite nice. Service is super quick Affordable especially in comparison to other venues Great choices with daily specials Starbucks coffee!!! Freshly made to order food Also their food is very tasty. Reasonably pleasant, but not particularly friendly.

Sloppy food but tasty. Ot was very messy but tastes ok. The steak and cheese fell appart instantly. Thw reason for 3stars is because i got sick the rest of the day and the whole next day I dont trust the kitchen anymore
