The new name is Green Basil Dimsum & Pho. Under new management. Great place and fast service. Thanks to Phong our waiter.

It's under new ownership. The restaurant name is Green Basil now. The place is completely renovated, clean and comfortable. They serve both Cantonese dimsum and Vietnamese pho.I ordered a few dimsum to go and they are well prepared and tasted spot on. I'll return for dining in next time to try the pho and other dishes.

Very sad to say, but this place is no longer Viet house, and the food has gone downhill . The Pho no longer has that rich, delicious bone broth taste . It's just tasteless water. Seriously, the broth was sooooo watered down that it had no flavor. I had to add so much Sriracha just to give it flavor . and the protein portions are so skimp I ordered. Build your own with brisket and let me tell you I could fit the whole portion of brisket in one spoonful, and for $18, I would expect more than just water noodles . My son ordered a Pho but with meatballs and the same thing , broth was tasteless, and meatballs were chewy like gummy bears . The only thing we ordered that was good and worth the money was the Thai tea . and at check out when I was asked how the food was , and I told them not very good, they just said oh and then continued to checked me out and didn't even address my response . I'm very disappointed in the new restaurant. After spending $58 for 2 bowls of pho and 2 Thai teas including tip , which is very overpriced for the quality of food, and meat portions I will now moving forward take my business directly across the street to the other Pho place . I will not mention the name as it's not a review for them .Kid-friendliness: Waitress was polite, and I was greeted when I came in .There is no place to put this comment without it being public, so I will put it here . After getting customers' orders, the waitress should not go and eat their diner while they still have customers they are serving . I couldn't even ask for salt or anything as i felt awkward intereupting her while she ate her full diner, dumplings, and all . This is a very bad start to a new business

Very tasty pho. Prices were on the high side, around 14 dollars for a bowl before tax/tip. Maybe this is just inflation.

We got the summer rolls and pho - both were good but the pho was cold within a couple of minutes. The service was fine until 2 hours in the man aggressively told us that we were done. Had they been busy I would've completely understood but there are about 20 tables and at not point were more than 5 taken. It was ridiculous and completely inappropriate. We weren't even asking for more water. It was unlike anything I've ever experienced.

I recently went to Viet House after having mo ed away. The Vermicelli Bowl was good as usual. I always get the same dish.I've been eating at Viet House for almost 20 years. The food has always been good. I love the vermicelli bowl (see photo).

2/4/23After 5 hours at the dealership, I think it is time to get somthing to eat. I looked at the menu, but did not see anything that caught my eye except the Spring Rolls. The Spring Rolls were not made of pork, but rather vegetables. This appears to be a vegan Vietnamese Restaurant. It was busy when we walked and got a little busier too.By the time we left, it was dead quiet. The Spring Rolls I ate were delicious, ; however, pork flesh was still on my mind. Yes, Wilber from Charlotte's Webb would not approve. The food hit the spot for us. We just might come back here with some friends. *Oh, the bathrooms are non uni-sex. I did not use it, so I can't say if they were poorly treated or not.*

I can honestly say I had the worst customer service experience here. The customer service was so bad that I thought someone was going to come out with a camera and say this is a prank. Below Average food and terrible customer service.

The waiter, an elderly gentleman, was extremely rude. I have never once been to a restaurant where the staff demands a tip after ignoring you the whole time. The food is nothing special and the service is just horrible. You’re better off taking your business to one of the many other Pho restaurants nearby with a much better food and customer service.

Food is ok, just like any other Pho restaurants, a quick version of pho broth where they use concentrated soup base to make the broth. Not too much toppings even though it was #1 on the list, probably 1 piece of each kind out of 4-5 different cut of meat.If you hungry and want a quick bite, then this is for you. Other than that, nothing special.
