i have been going to vivi boba since 2022 and they have never disappointed me or my family. prices are good and the staff is always friendly. love this place!

We got bubble teas and popcorn chicken, and honestly, it wasn’t the best. The matcha was a bit grainy, and my drink had sugar clumps. The popcorn chicken was super salty, and some pieces felt off. I’m not sure if it was undercooked or raw, but it was really unpleasant, and we couldn’t finish our meal. I did give the staff a star for being so friendly, but that’s the only good thing I can say about our experience.

Things have changed!!! The staff has NO IDEA WHAT THEYRE DOING!!! Not only was I overcharged but they tasted horrible! No longer do they look like they use to.. such a shame was my favorite at one point in the area! But yeah crazy to offer 2 medium boba for $10.. then charge $13+ and say due to toppings (which was the boba) that are included with drink.. at least that’s what I thought but yeah This place was over priced and now it’s that and terrible!.. at least they got games in the back now 🤷🏻♀️😮💨 my sure if I’ll ever come back after my experience this past Monday…just gut the free time to post about it but yeah I’m do Tian-Cha or Annandale next time I’m craving boba

Fav drinks include 1. Flavored tea-Green tea Jasmine w boboa and popping mango bubbles 2. Tea w Grapefruit pulp and boba bubbles 3. Matcha tea w lychee (chewy but delish!)

I know everyone probably comes here for the bubble tea, but I love taking my kids here for the food.
I'm Taiwanese American and I really miss all the street foods that I used to be able to get in Taiwan. This is my way of being able to share some Taiwanese food with my children.
In particular, we love the popcorn chicken. The curry, basil, and garlic are my favorite. We also love the braised pork ride (lurohfan) and Takoyaki.
We've also ordered the chicken drumsticks, which are always hot and delicious. As a dessert, I really enjoy their herb jelly which has red bean, grass jelly, and boba. I also want to add, I love how soft their boba is.
Just note that it takes a little bit longer to cook the popcorn chicken or especially the drumsticks because they do make it fresh for you. I would say maybe it takes at least 10 minutes.
I'm not sure why I'm finally leaving a review right now. I actually went to Vivis for the first time in New York and it made me really happy to learn that they eventually opened one up here in Fairfax.
I also want to add that I feel like their popcorn chicken price is really good. Other places you get a smaller portion and sometimes cost 12 to 14 bucks which is crazy to me. That's another reason why we keep returning here.
Goddddammm. I missed their old fried chicken wings that took off from their menu. It tastes soo good and juicy. You can't get those chicken anywhere else. Not even here now. If you want to have a frappé , the male employee can make the mocha one.

I am not sure that I made a order cold water or blue galaxy? Paid around $10 but it is like cold water. I think it depends who are preparing for you... you should train well your barista/worker.

This place is so good. The food was good, the place very clean and the boba tea was delicious. The staff was friendly. She did make a perfect drink. We tried the takoyaki, popcorn chicken, and the mango tea w jelly. 10 out of 10. Will be back

We absolutely love this place for bobas and the chicken karage. Only thing is when I order 20% sugar they don’t change it, it’s always too sweet and for chicken, it’s a hit or miss. But when it’s a hit, it’s so good.
