Really adorable and fun decor! I can only speak for the bubble tea which is great- not the food which I've yet to try. It's a little expensive but the drinks are worth it. My only complaint is that one cashier in this location was rude to me once, made a strange comment, although I think he left. Watch the customer service. Otherwise I'd totally recommend it and go back.

Anyone leaving this anything less than 4 stars is most likely a Karen frfr! The staff is kind and usually very fast! Ask for a card stamp too. The only issue I have is the pricing.. like with the tip usually spending $9/10 on one large boba! I wish they did a Happy hour like Kokee or just included the tapicoa rather than charging extra. I recall back in high school,getting boba for like$3 but whatever I still come here when craving boba as there non-dairy tiramisu with whip cream boba is my fav drink now

It was cute! The kiosk wasn’t fully functional and wouldn’t take my or my friends card, but we were able to pay at the register. It’s a little loud since the seating area is right by the “kitchen” but no big deal. I had the peach tea and it was very good. Perfect amount of sweetness for me.

According to a worker here, the employer keeps some of the digital tips.If this is true then the company is committing wage theft as it is illegal for an employer to keep any part of any tips given by customers. The workers of this store and any ViVi store should report this kind of wage theft to the Department of Labor Wage and Hours Division.

Disappointing experience. Came in since this place is meant to be running a restaurant week promo. The flyer said two medium drinks and I talked to the person ringing us up about the offer. She also said two medium drinks were included and did not mention any exclusions. We ordered but on payment, the price didn't reflect the deal and another girl came and said actually signature drinks aren't included. I let it go but when we got the drinks, they didn't taste of much at all. Not planning on coming back here.

It's so nice to have a Taiwanese snack and bubble tea place around me. I'm Taiwanese American and my kids haven't been to Taiwan yet, but at least this is a way they can eat some of the "shiaotse" the night markets have. We love getting the popcorn chicken and the takoyaki. The braised rice is cheap and yummy too, and you usually have rice left over to accompany the other dishes if you wish.The location in Eden Center has other food choices, including Taiwanese beef noodle soup and donburi like gyudon.Oh, and the bubble tea at these locations are also very good, not to mention the herbal jelly sweet treats.
My go to bubble tea store in fairfax, never fails to impress me, great staff. Parking can be a burden depending on what time of the day.

Okay, the bubble tea was amazing. It looked beautiful and tasted really good. The store is beautiful as well, but the only let down was the food. I got the popcorn chicken bento, and it was pretty good. But the chicken wings bento box wasn't so great. The wings had no taste and were super oily. I'd recommend the popcorn chicken bento box, and for the bubble tea, the Mango Pomelos Sago bubble tea.

Great boba! Used to work here though, and they had a strange tip policy where the actual tips customers gave went to the store, and employees got an extra $1 an hour as their “””tips”””Notably, this isn’t how tips work, and basically means customers are being tricked into thinking they’re tipping the employees, and the employees are potentially losing out on their hard-earned tip money, in exchange for a tiny hourly bonus.It was a sketchy system all around, and while the actual drinks, food, and environment is wonderful, I would suggest asking the employees if tips actually go to them, to avoid both you and them being ripped off

Deserves 5 stars even if it's just for the amazing snacks!!Best Taiwanese popcorn chicken from a bubble tea place in the area. Takoyaki, fried tempura, sausage, etc we're all amazing as well.
