I've shopped at the Fairfax Wegmans for over 10 years. Today, a man was in the store with no mask. I talked to many Wegmans employees and was told that they were dealing with him. I kept seeing him with no mask and talked to customer service for a final time before leaving. They told me that security said that they talked to him and decided to leave him alone. When I told the man that he needed a mask he just said, "No I don't." He had no medical excuse, just an attitude of superiority. Wegmans chose him over a longtime loyal customer.

This is a review for a customer who shop there. Very rude driver who honk the horn when we cross the street in between the lights. Dont know if this is illegal for honking at padestrians like this. Dont know if that person was having a medical emergency, if not good luck on its way on being a low class person.

I like this Wegmans. Parking is never an issue; the store is clean, organized and very well stocked; and they always have what I need. Even during this COVID crisis, they manage to remain well stocked and have social distancing practices in place. Their prepared section is a hit for me as well. Finally, they have great customer service. It hasn't been a time when I've gone in there when I haven't been spoken to by everyone from the cashiers to those working on the floor. Thumbs up across the board for this Wegmans.

Wegman's has been stellar through the entire pandemic, with safety a paramount consideration for customers and staff. When one had to stand in line outside, the line was well managed, and the store was well regulated and clean, as usual. I appreciate the recent improvement to the self checkout areas, opening more lanes, and allowing for a faster flow for smaller orders, less than 20 items. The staff are accommodating, from the sub shop and pizza area to the prepared foods and seafood departments. One thing I have noticed with Wegmans, be they in other states or other areas in the DC Metro is consistency. I have always had good experiences, and even when busy, efficient customer service.
I have been shopping at Wegmans for some time now and their selection can't be beat. I ordered Wegman's grocery through a shipping delivery service due to Covid-19 and they appear to have most items listed in stock. Their fruit and vegetables were fresh and they had multiple other choice options when certain items were not in stock. Overall, 90% of my requested items were available. Of course, going into the store may offer more unique items (for example they were out of certain bakery items when I looked for delivery), however I was overall impressed with what they had to offer for delivery. Will continue shopping there for delivery, especially for the fruits and vegetables. While they are a little more pricey for these items, I have experienced delivery from other grocery stores in which their produce is not as fresh. Also, Wegmans consistently has a larger selection of fruits available.

I know most people come on here and give feedback when they're dissatisfied. I want to do the opposite, and to say how pleased I am with Wegman's. I have been using your pharmacy for a couple of years now and the pharmacy staff have been great. I am also thankful they are doing curbside pharmacy pick up in these times for immunocompromised patients. I really want to recognize a young man named Zack. He is one of your helping hands crew. He saw me struggling to pick up a big Peace Lily to get it in my cart. On his own he came over and said he would help me carry it to the register. He took me over to customer services registers and after I checked out and I was trying to figure out how to get it out to my car-he showed up with a big plastic bag. He said I got this bag for you so it doesn't get your car dirty. I'm going to help you take it out to your car. I told him he didn't have to do that. He said he wouldn't be doing his job if he didn't help me. We got out to my car and he seat-belted my plant in. Then started grabbing my remaining groceries in my cart and started loading them in my trunk. I hope you recognize outstanding employees like him, because people like Zack are the reason I will keep coming back and recommend your store to anyone I know. As we all know these are stressful times and I can't even tell you how much his kindness and care made my day. The little things matter. Thank you Zack and thank you Wegman's!

I love Wegmans, I love everything about it. This Wegmans is located in Fairfax Virginia just off Route 29 and the Fairfax County Parkway. This store is HUGE too.One of my favorite things about Wegmans was the buffet and those warm meals you could get. With all this Corona Virus stuff going on, who know when this will be back. But don't worry there are so many other things to like about Wegmans. I'll start with the wine and beer section. I was surprised by all the wines they have. Plenty to meet anyone's likes. They have inexpensive nice wines. I also like the selection of Virginia and other state wines. They also have a special wine room for high quality wines where bottle can run several hundred dollars. What about beer? Plenty of this too. All the regulars you see everywhere and other more specialty beers and craft beer. They have a use mix and match section of craft beers where for $10.99 you can put together you own six packs of different craft beer. This is a great why to try new beers. They have a lot of prepared meals as well. This store rivals Costco in this area. Anything from seafood, sushi, pizza, Chinese food and much more. This is just a great store. Some people say it's expensive. Maybe on some stuff but I didn't see anything that was way out of line. I love Wegmans.
