They are trying their best, but not sure anyone here has worked with food service before. They had a hard time remembering an order from drive thru to window. Maybe the speaker is bad? Also they could not tell me the total for the life of them. I asked a few times (at the order speaker, and window) and there were annoyed I asked as well. Eventually at about 2 minutes I got a total amount so I could give them the cash. I even started by saying I was paying cash and they wouldn't tell me a total

I RARELY write reviews, but this place is so pathetic I decided to. I went in to use the restroom and I'm the type that if I'm gonna use your conveniences, I ought to buy something. But stood at the counter and was ignored by 4 people who looked right at me and turned away. No, they weren't too busy. One other customer in the place.

Showed up at 1023 in hopes to still get breakfast. The breakfast menu was still up. At which time the person says sorry no more breakfast. Very disappointed as a fellow food service worker myself. Won't be back here. Unless you ensure I can get breakfast til 1030 as it states 😏. Just not a good look.

My favorite Wendy's in all of Virginia! Easy parking, very clean, super family friendly, and the staff are all kind hearted and hardworking. Their Wendy's app is pretty fun too, and is one of the best rewards-wise, as it really helps with significant cost savings, as well as discovering new items to try.

They refused to refill my wife's iced tea. Then I ordered two cookies. They gave me one out of the case and a busted up one from the back counter. Not cool!

Came in this evening at 6:30pm all four workers apparently working on drive thru ignored me even after I asked if anyone could help me. Two women on food looked at me and said nothing, one man from drive thru passes me to grab a bag and also ignored me, but the final straw was one man filling water into the agua frescas area stops to spit!!! At that point I walked out. Management needs to get this place in order. Disgusting and disappointing.
