I got yelled at in the drivethrough window while trying to get my google pay to work. Then when I tried taking out my card from my wallet the employee yelled 'hello' while i was obviously trying to give them a form of payment, then they told me to drive around again and come back when I was ready. there was no one in line behind me.

Our order took a long time to make and then it wasn't correct. Part of the order was made and placed on the counter while they made the rest of the order so then the first items were cold. We did not get our drink cups.

The fries and hamburger were served cold, indoor dining and the bun on the burger was stale.Mention it to the manager excellent customer service immediately wanted to replace my sandwich at no charge.This location and other locations and other fast food restaurants are getting too pricey the value is no longer there for the money.

Went today through the drive thru today around3:00pm today, ordered the fish sandwich, was told to wait a few minutes in the parking for online orders, Waited a little longer than the lady at the drive through said, but got my delicious fish sandwich, along with bonus fries from the lady at the drive through that hand delivered it to me at my parking space, that's great customer service!

I was there about 8 mins ago.I tried to call to let you know my issue. Your phone rings then hangs up. I have an issue with my order. I just left your drive through. I am missing my 6 piece nugget. This was for my child. How do I get a refund or reimbursement. I forgot to check my bag before leaving because your credit card machine was acting up and continued to swipe my card. I was to focused watching my card.
Very clean. Service quick enough. Ordered through the app for lower prices.Portion sizes a little small.

Worst experience at a Wendy's. I asked for extra napkins, did not give, the cheese in my wrap was not melted, and it was completely separate from the chicken and the lettuce. I regret going there. The people there do not seem to care to provide good service.

It's 10:28pm. I crossed over 495 going west on Braddock Road. I stopped at Popeyes, but they were closed. Wendy's popped up next. Their window sign said they were open late, a blessing for me. The person at the drive-through waited patiently for me to order as I scanned the options. Finally I made up my mind. The food was fresh and hot and great! I've got a busy night ahead of me. But lots of good endy's food energy to keep me going.Parking: The shopping center.across from george mason university plenty of parking.
