The best Wendy’s I’ve been to. Clean and fast service. Polite employees. I usually dread taking my kids to Wendy’s but this was so nice.

The food was good. They made the tenders fresh so they were hot but the rest of the food was just warm. The soda machine and condiment were sticky and dirty

Brenda would not listen to my order, refused to remake the sandwich and messed up my friends online order. They then lied about when they close. Each time I tried to tell them my order again they just talked over me and said I didn't say that before. They failed to read the order back and rushed me to the second window where I then checked my order and discovered it was wrong. That employee is the problem. There are other staff that have run the drive thru past midnight and had no issue with listening to my order and accurately making it. I have even placed the same order on the app in the past and the other staff have gotten the order right. Each time it is Brenda they do not listen or attempt to get the order correct. They then argue and role their eyes.

This location has some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I went in to order an egg and cheese biscuit combo and made it very clear multiple times that I only wanted egg and cheese. Even before paying, I asked again just to confirm. Instead of patience, I was met with attitude, and they told me to go park in the mobile order pick-up.

When I finally got my food and opened it later, it had bacon in it. That’s not just a small mistake. I specifically said no bacon. My friend went back to the store to fix it, and the worker was unbelievably rude. She rolled her eyes, yelled that she asked me twice if I wanted bacon, and when my friend explained that I’m Muslim and cannot eat bacon, the worker shouted that it “wasn’t her fault.” On top of that, my friend overheard staff talking in Spanish and repeatedly saying “bacon” while clearly talking about us.

To make things worse, instead of properly handling the mistake, she shoved the corrected sandwich at my friend and told her to throw away the wrong one herself. That is beyond unprofessional, ignorant, and disrespectful.

Ordered a kids meal and Cheesy Bacon fries at the drive-thru. When I got my order the fries were cold. I had to pull over and wait while they remade the kid ones. My fries felt warm due to the hot melted cheese. But they too were cold. I was not impressed with the food at all. In fact, the entire meal sucked. I was passing thru and wanted to feed a 3 year old Something. Do better!

I tell the cashier. Natural lemonade and charge me for refills. I'll pay extra for natural lemonade refill.
Then i going to ask for my refills. They tell is not refills for that. Like normally and other Wendy's they do and charge $1 for refills.

Still adventuring to an occasional fast food restaurant. App order ahead and still rarely right. Not to a point of a review but when presented an order without any cheese or bacon on it to than give a tray of a few cheese slices, cold, and bacon under it. Not an ok solution at all and should not be practiced, at all. Shared disgust with mgr or someone who eventually Re-made the order properly and it was quite good, for what’s expected. They kept the receipt so can’t share more.
App deals and the frosty merry trash will keep me trying out the establishment but that’s it.

This is my go to Wendy's for a quick bite when I'm working an evening schedule. The food has always come out fresh and piping hot. I tried their Crispy Panko Fish sandwich for the first time and must say I was rather impressed. All the elements came together perfectly; the steamed bun, the savory, crispy panko breaded fish patty, oozing melty cheese, and a generous amount of dill tartar sauce. I like how they added pickles, which I thought helped to heighten the other flavors in the sandwich.
