Ordered a kids meal and Cheesy Bacon fries at the drive-thru. When I got my order the fries were cold. I had to pull over and wait while they remade the kid ones. My fries felt warm due to the hot melted cheese. But they too were cold. I was not impressed with the food at all. In fact, the entire meal sucked. I was passing thru and wanted to feed a 3 year old Something. Do better!

I tell the cashier. Natural lemonade and charge me for refills. I'll pay extra for natural lemonade refill. Then i going to ask for my refills. They tell is not refills for that. Like normally and other Wendy's they do and charge $1 for refills.

Still adventuring to an occasional fast food restaurant. App order ahead and still rarely right. Not to a point of a review but when presented an order without any cheese or bacon on it to than give a tray of a few cheese slices, cold, and bacon under it. Not an ok solution at all and should not be practiced, at all. Shared disgust with mgr or someone who eventually Re-made the order properly and it was quite good, for what’s expected. They kept the receipt so can’t share more. App deals and the frosty merry trash will keep me trying out the establishment but that’s it.

This is my go to Wendy's for a quick bite when I'm working an evening schedule. The food has always come out fresh and piping hot. I tried their Crispy Panko Fish sandwich for the first time and must say I was rather impressed. All the elements came together perfectly; the steamed bun, the savory, crispy panko breaded fish patty, oozing melty cheese, and a generous amount of dill tartar sauce. I like how they added pickles, which I thought helped to heighten the other flavors in the sandwich.

The people that work here are always kind and sweet, and I legit got my food done in like less than a minute. Every time I come in they treat me like a king. Especially those latina ladies! Lowkey fw this place heavy
I came in for a quick bite and wanted to use my tap to pay feature in the drive thru. Grant said that their tap feature is only good for Apple Pay. I have never heard that before, but will accept the hassle of digging out my credit card...LOL! Grant was very nice and professional. Thank you.

Workers inside won’t even help you even if they don’t close until one and it’s not one— lots of snow out tonight but you can literally see people inside in various places and no one answers the speaker

Went to Wendy's on our lunch break. Super busy on a Saturday (12/21/24). Kaylin took our order while also assisting other people waiting for their food. This girl didn't skip a beat and never once stopped smiling. Hard to find employees like her. Be the best at anything you choose to do! Great job Kaylin!
