Needed breakfast...fast and stopped at this Wendy's. Got their Breakfast Burrito combo that included potato wedges; they added more potato wedges inside the burrito, and black coffee. Had to pull over to wait 5 minutes for the coffee. The server was very polite and helpful. This meal did fill me up and the coffee freshly made - for my wait.

While there is a little bit of confusion when ordering, (sometimes no one’s up front for a few mins and it looks like a ghost town) sometimes employees are just chilling in the booths, hiding out of sight. Once you do order though they are nice enough, I got a big bacon classic, with one strip of soggy bacon. The patties were hot and fresh, the bacon not at all. Typical Wendy’s. Nothing extraordinary, at most times ordinary. 5/10

I placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup but was initially given someone else’s order. When I explained the issue, I was told my order hadn’t been received. Despite showing the employee my confirmation on my phone multiple times, she insisted I come inside despite there being no one else in the drive-thru line. Once inside, another employee assumed I was a delivery driver. After I showed my phone again, I was finally given my correct order. There seems to be a clear lack of communication among staff, and overall, the customer service was disappointing.

i have purchase the key chain tag for a lot of my friends and tiday was the first time I used it but they would not allow to get their strawberry with my tag. I will all of my friends about that let down. Come on Wendys, you can do better.

Service was the worse, well not even the service because I was there waiting in the drive thru for at least 8 minutes and no one took my order, they saw me on the window they didn’t care at all.
I used to love Wendy’s but the workers 0/10

This place can't seem to get orders correct. I told the order taker 3 times what I wanted, a regular and a spicy chicken. She kept saying single and I kept saying no, spicy chicken and regular chicken. I ended up with one chicken and one beef sandwich. I was really angered when I got to my car and ended up with the wrong food after repeating what I wanted 3 times!!!! The manager didn't like my attitude, but how hard is it to take an order. He made an excuse for the order taker and offered me a free drink, but I refused and said I just want my order right so I don't have to come back inside to get it straight. I know the cook also heard what I ordered because they were not busy. If you can't hire people who understand English and can listen to the customer, you need to close. I haven't eaten at a Wendy's for years, but thought I'd try their special. Well that will be my last ever visit to a Wendy's. Chick-fil-A and Arbys have better food and they know how to fill an order. Avoid this location at all costs unless you want the wrong food. I'll never eat at another Wendy's!!! Too bad these review forms don't allow for zero stars.

Served room temperature coffee twice. when I asked to get hot coffee, they just put it in the microwave and served it. Overall, poor customer service. Manager Shahana has an angry attitude and rude behavior towards customers. Also, eggs in breakfast sandwiche had blue mold like color, and when I asked to change it, she was taking frustration out on me. I went there once a week but now I'm never going back again.
