Service was the worse, well not even the service because I was there waiting in the drive thru for at least 8 minutes and no one took my order, they saw me on the window they didn’t care at all. I used to love Wendy’s but the workers 0/10

This place can't seem to get orders correct. I told the order taker 3 times what I wanted, a regular and a spicy chicken. She kept saying single and I kept saying no, spicy chicken and regular chicken. I ended up with one chicken and one beef sandwich. I was really angered when I got to my car and ended up with the wrong food after repeating what I wanted 3 times!!!! The manager didn't like my attitude, but how hard is it to take an order. He made an excuse for the order taker and offered me a free drink, but I refused and said I just want my order right so I don't have to come back inside to get it straight. I know the cook also heard what I ordered because they were not busy. If you can't hire people who understand English and can listen to the customer, you need to close. I haven't eaten at a Wendy's for years, but thought I'd try their special. Well that will be my last ever visit to a Wendy's. Chick-fil-A and Arbys have better food and they know how to fill an order. Avoid this location at all costs unless you want the wrong food. I'll never eat at another Wendy's!!! Too bad these review forms don't allow for zero stars.

Served room temperature coffee twice. when I asked to get hot coffee, they just put it in the microwave and served it. Overall, poor customer service. Manager Shahana has an angry attitude and rude behavior towards customers. Also, eggs in breakfast sandwiche had blue mold like color, and when I asked to change it, she was taking frustration out on me. I went there once a week but now I'm never going back again.

The lady who took my order at the drive-through kept cutting me off and couldn't understand what I was saying. That's not a big deal for me, but twice she kept telling me to pull up to the window when I didn't finish my order. She was foreign, which agian I dont mind, but i think it was a factor to why she didn't understand me. At least my order was correct.

Management is extremely poor! Me and my boyfriend were ordering and after the nice girl with ginger hair finishes us up shortly after the manager comes up to her and yells at her in front of us to make more fries and to do it the moment he said so while she was in the middle of getting the frier ready!

Drive thru staff forgot multiple items in the order, and made 2 wrong items, just not attentive in general.

Was at the window getting ready to pay and apple pay was loading. The lady said “oh come on” like it was the biggest inconvenience. There was no one behind us, it two hours before closing so I’m not really sure where the rush came from. Stuff happens and I’m sure it wasn’t the first time she’d seen someone have an issue with contactless pay so not sure why she was so surprised. God bless her hopefully she finds a job she actually likes.

Wendy’s has been by far my biggest pregnancy craving and also since I work across the street I will come here whenever I can. The food is great. The past few times I’ve came though you have to WAIT a little for the food either they will ask you to wait on the side or park somewhere. I never had an issue with the food to be honest it’s been great. As far as staff goes it’s mixed hence the 3 stars everyone is nice the only time I had a bad a encounter was a girl wearing a hijab in the drive thru who gave mad attitude and rolled her eyes when she gave me the food I was so confused cause I didn’t do anything so I wonder if it was just a bad experience she was having inside the store.
