Used to come here often before covid and loved it. Now their boneless wings have severely downgraded in quality. It used to be actual chicken. Now it looks like McDonald’s chicken nuggets dipped in sauce :(

Firstly, I really hope they read these reviews and talk to their employees because my order was extremely disappointing and the customer service even more so.tldr; I didn't receive my order until an hour and a half after it should've been here via Starship and customer service was awful. I'm pretty sure they forgot my order or forgot to turn on the Starship Robot to transport it.Last night I ordered 10 Chicken Tenders and a regular meal of french fries. An order that should've taken 16-39 minutes (as said on the Starship app) took MORE THAN AN HOUR AND A HALF.At 10:45, the order was still at the restaurant (I CAN SEE ON MY APP!). When I called at 10:45 (I ordered at 9:30), they told me that it has been sent and pushed me off the call.Me: "Hello, I'm just checking on my order because it's not here yet."Them: "It's been sent."Me: "But it says on the app-"Them: "OK? Ok."Then they proceed to hang up on me and guess what happens next? Suddenly, my order was on the way! Right after I called them! I get my food and its cold.So, whoever was the Indian-accent guy who works late night shifts on Wednesdays, your customer service was extremely unprofessional. I understand it's late and it's closing time but that was no reason to act like that. Especially with an angry customer whose order was AN HOUR AND A HALF LATE!

Last night i was at a hotel and ordered 2 sixteen wing meals.....paid EXTRA for celery and EXTRA for extra ranch. Got ZERO dressing....ALL wing sauces were wrong. When i called the location they told me to take it up with grubhub. That is a sad way to conduct business. Since when do grubhub drivers sauce the wings and pull ranch from your fridge??? THEY DONT. I will NEVER use this location again and its pretty sad that when you have people out here trying to help you stay in business u wanna blame a grubhub druver.....OWN YOUR MISTAKE!

Ordered for delivery via UberEats. I can say, without a doubt, that these are the most MEDIOCRE boneless wings I've ever had. Sauces had little to 0 taste and wings were soggy. Yes, I know I got it delivered, but I've had take-out boneless wings from other places that keep their crunch just fine. It's almost like they have batches of boneless wings sitting in their dirty tap-water tasting sauces for hours. Couldn't even finish my wings because the taste ruined my appetite. My order did come with a side of Voodoo fries which were just okay, but the best part of my meal because they actually tasted like something.
