Restaurant was understaffed and stressed. Walk-in traffic was told there would be an hour wait. I ordered through the their app which is terrible and ended up at home without fries. Food is usually great but not worth the inconvenience.

With this store I don’t recommend them very much a few hours ago I ordered an order in the app and paid real money but the service is very lacking I bought 5 wings and they only sent me 4 I bought two sauces and they only send me one, in other stores if they don’t have what the customer buys they replace it easily so as not to lose money and active customers but this store sucks, they steal money, I don’t recommend this place better another

The food was okay(as usual). I attached a video with the issues that we received. Fries weren't seasoned and the wings weren't fully coated. I hope it was a trainee who made our order. La comida estaba rica, pero con la justa le hecharon la salsa buffalo y las papas no tenia nada de sazón.

The service is absolutely horrible. I did an online order, and they gave me the completely wrong items. I spent over $50 and when I called to either correct the order or get a refund, the workers were extremely unhelpful. They claimed that they never received my order and kept hanging up on me. Then they said they would refund me and never did.
