I had their chicken kabob and falafels and they were good. Their customer service was high quality as well. The order came out maybe 5 or 10 minutes later than expected and they refunded the entire meal without me prompting. It was definitely appreciated.

We went there 2 weeks ago for lunch and it was great. I checked the menu before we got there and I decided to order Med Salad but the stuff said they didn't have that salad anymore. Anyway everything was so delicious. Will be back!

When asked next where you want to have lunch, tell your friends or colleagues that you you want to go to Zoe's Kitchen! I placed a catering order for delivery earlier this month for an evening meeting. We're so sad the Woodbridge restaurant closed but happy the Fairfax restaurant delivers to Woodbridge. Ryan Cross, Catering Acct Sales Exec, and Ricky, Assistant GM at the Fairfax location, were wonderful to work with! They responded to my emails quickly and made adjustments as requested. Our order (for 25 people) was perfectly done and the food is SO delicious! (I could eat the hot potato salad every day! Also, they have the BEST tzatziki around!) Thanks to all of you for your fantastic customer service and delicious food!

I don't regularly leave reviews. But the service was so kind and ext level at this place, I had to leave a review. I popped in without knowing the place was closed. 20 min before opening, the staff was so gracious. They let me in, asked me to get comfortable and make myself at home, and gladly took my order. The food came out and was hot and delicious (quinoa salad with salmon and chicken orzo soup). Plus the customer experience was excellent. I'm not in downtown Fairfax often, but the experience was so above and beyond, I'll be back :-).
I have heard about this place for so long but have never thought of going. I always thought it was similar to Cava but it's definitely way better and not that similar at all. Yes they do have rice bowls, but they have kabobs, soups, salad, sandwiches and more. I was pleasantly surprised because the food and service were great! This place is hidden as it is on the corner and the parking is on the other side of the street which is one of the reasons why I haven't been. The food isn't too expensive and worth the cost especially since it is healthy and yummy. I will definitely go back for more!

Ricky Assistant GM personally delivered my food after grub hub failed to deliver my meal they were long gone with my food,I was puzzled,I'm Literally a hop skip and a jump away,Mind you I waited over an Hour! Being that it was an extremely late lunch I was Starving being a health care professional Lunch Breaks can be short lived,I was beyond grateful this Gentleman delivered my food and the customer service was awesome! This experience exceeded my expectations and the thoughtful gesture to ensure I received my food (which was delicious )and that I was Happy. Thanks so much Ricky Jones! God Bless!
