Beautiful view of the mountains on the front porch. Friendly helpful staff. The stromboli and beef cheese steak were delicious. Definitely have to try the sweet potato fries!

Frank’s II is hands-down one of the most satisfying dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Tucked away with sweeping views of the mountains, this family-run spot delivers not just on food, but on warmth, charm, and unforgettable flavors.

I started with their classic pepperoni pizza, and let me just say—wow. The crust alone deserves its own spotlight: perfectly golden, just the right amount of chew, with a subtle crisp that holds up under gooey cheese and rich, spicy pepperoni. You can tell it’s made with care and a killer dough recipe.

Then came the baked ziti, and this is where things got life-changing. I asked to swap out the traditional marinara for vodka sauce, and I swear the heavens opened. The pasta was baked to perfection with melty layers of cheese, and that creamy, tangy, slightly smoky vodka sauce tied it all together in a way that made me seriously emotional. If you’ve never tried it that way, do yourself a favor and ask for the swap.

And don’t even get me started on the garlic bread—absolute elite status. Crispy on the outside, pillowy on the inside, and loaded with just the right amount of garlic and buttery flavor. I could’ve eaten a basket of it and called it a day.

Stopped in for some lunch. Opens at 11 so perfect timing. Had a sub and jalapeño poppers. All was fresh and prepared well. Owners were working and are the nicest people I've met on the road. We are traveling with our dogs so it was nice that there was two tables outside for eating. I'll stop back again on our travels for sure. Thanks Franks for the small things
