“Friendly folks, good food and fair prices. For this place to be so close to my location definitely adds to my review of course, but I'm not biased, so with that being said, honestly it probably would have been 4 stars if I were to have to travel a considerable amount of time to eat there. But thankfully I don't, 7 minutes from my house to get good, fresh, hot food definitely is a thing of beauty being that I live in a rather re.ote area. The restaurant itself sits on top a hill with beautiful mountain views. They have a main dining area and a sun room dining area. Both have been exceptionally clean every time I've visited, as well, I've always been greeted with a friendly welcome. I've been stopping in from time to time for cheese steaks, salads, pizzas, pasta or fried oysters for years and as long as they continue to operate I can't see that changing. If ever in BFE VA stop in and give em a try.Parking: In a complex that's attached to a salon/barber shop. Also has a car wash, huge parking lot with plenty of spacesKid-friendliness: I have a 5 year old but have taken my kid there since she could chew food. The service is friendly to all so that applies to children.Wheelchair accessibility: Should have zero issues accessing the restaurant with a chair. The parking lot is level with the sidewalk and is wide open so definitely no issues I could imagine.”

“Beautiful! Absolutely beautiful vineyard. They offer two flights of their own wines as well as two flights from other vineyards. They offer snacks for sale as well. A very romantic place to settled in for some wine, rain or shine. We arrived later in the day and caught beautiful sunsets just before we entered as well as saw a heard of deer on the property. We will definitely be back.”

“Stopped in to grab lunch, the young lady making subs was very composed and professional while very busy with customers and it was great to see that she took the time between customers to clean her hands and change gloves after handling cash. Thanks for a great lunch and a great experience. And hope your daughter enjoyed getting her toy from the machine ? our friend enjoyed his chat with her. Very nice to see such a nicely behaved young lady.”

“I will have to admit that this was the best prepared food that I have had from a McDonald's. I tip my hat to the cooks at this location. Well done! To be honest, I'm not a fan of McDonald's, but I will recommend this one if it still has the same staff.”

“We stopped in to pick up some espresso beans and a couple of coffees while passing through and we ended up purchasing a couple of flights, too. Whitney and Gray were so kind and wonderful to talk with—we learned a lot about the different varieties that are being offered. Also, the coffee is fantastic. All in all, a wonderful experience! We'll be back soon.”

“Rockbridge Winery is an awesome place to hang out with friends and they have good wine, beer, and cider on their menu. They also at times offer a food truck and music too. The cider is really smooth and nice, we highly recommend this place. Come and enjoy yourselves.”

“From our first step in guests are welcomed warmly with a big smile!The waitress recommended some amazing dishes and sides, and kept a close eye on my needs during the meal. The brisket was amazing, and portions were perfect. Brisket came with cornbread and honey butter. And the broccoli so well cooked!Our waitress asked about dessert with such a warm smile, it could not be turn down. “This place was really good food, great atmosphere and the employees were awesome so friendly and knowledgeable. However I got so grossed out watching the bustling of the tables. The waitress and waiter does it and the trashcan is in the dining area and the tubs to put dirty dishes in was there also. There is no sink to wash hands at . There was not one person who washed their hands but continued to serve. I did witness 1 waitress use hand sanitizer but did not wash hands then went over and started wrapping up silverware in a napkin to hand out at tables. There was one waiter that had a towel hanging on his waist that he would wipe his hands off but that was it. He went over to help roll up silverware and dropped his rag on the floor picked it up then put it on top of clean silverware and was talking to the waitress then grabbed his rag and wiped off the tray that was holding the silverware and then put it back on his hip. I also observed others coming over to help roll silverware with no one attempt to clean hands at all. I think the whole setup is not sanitary you should move the dirty dishes station in the back and hire someone to bust the tables so the waitress and waiter doesn't touch dirty dishes then serve the food. Or put a wall up so customers in the dining area doesn't see this. A sink in the area would be nice so they can wash their hands.”

“Today I tried the paneer pakora it was very crispy on the outside and very soft and flavorful on the inside and it is served with a red dipping sauce that was very good highly recommend going ”

“Was traveling I-81 with the family, craving some pasta and pizza, when I spotted them on the map. What a gem! The pizza was top notch. The baked ziti was in a sauce that’s simply better than any others I’ve tried. They even had high quality chicken nuggets for my 2 year old. There are two areas for seating and plenty of room.”

“The experience was excellent good, the service was good, but I guess being a little more attractive would be great; don't mean they do a bad job I mean to be more attractive with the supplement for eat(straws, forks, or napkins). I think this a great place to eat with family and friends people are really polite and friendly. “Never been to this location before; they were crazy busy lunch time day before Thanksgiving, so I am glad we ordered ahead on the app., but still had a brief wait. No problem, they were slammed! Quality and service were up to the Jersey Mike standard. Men’s room was a little rough, but I’ve seen much much worse, trash was full and you can tell they were busy and didn’t have time to check it recently. Prep table was clean and full of fresh veggies. Neat and clean despite the rush. I will stop here again. Very consistent with what I see at home in western PA.”

“I always stop here on my way to upstate... If you're lucky, you'll catch it on a Tuesday with the wing special, and if you're really lucky, you'll get Jess as your waitress/bartender! She's awesome!”

“The Mint Condition - the Turtle Mocha - oh how I missed thee! There was a time when Caribou Coffees were everywhere - I got their delectable coffee at Northern Virginia malls, at my neighborhood local shopping center, and back home in NC. Their specialty drinks were the perfect blend of caffeine and dessert - and very much not like Starbucks or Peete's or anywhere else. And then they were all gone in a flash, to my dismay, EXCEPT this one last Virginia location!!! What a find! Can you also still imagine the crisp minty taste of a Mint Condition (with the little mints chopped on top)? The caramel smoothness of a Turtle Mocha? Then stop at Exit 205 on Hwy 81 - they are inside the Orchard Creek Auto Plaza. While pumping gas and checking out the extensive array of other items to purchase (from purses and slankets to local-made snacks and dog accessories), you can grab a cup of nostalgia to go.”

“The baristas were so friendly. I got the White Chocolate Mocha hot or something similar to that, and it was very delicious. My only complaint would be the location since there's so much traffic! Additionally, the coffee shop had very cute items, so would definitely get some holiday gifts from there.”

“The mix veggies pizza was surprisingly really good. Even though it's a takeaway place, the Indian family operating this store is super friendly and made our visit to the store really enjoyable. It's one of the best convenience store experience we've had in this area.Hospitality like this makes you want to visit again.”

“The 7-11 here is a regular stop on my interstate travels. There is nothing fancy about Sam’s- it is genuine, simple, low cost and homey; and that is its genius. It has the hotdogs and delicious chili that takes me back to little league baseball games, church picnics, and yummy hot dogs mom would boil and serve up when I was a picky eater as a child. Elena and Becky are two lovely ladies whose charm wooed me out of the Subway line to try a dog. And boy was I glad I did! I loved it so much as ate at the pump, that I walked in and got 3 more for me and the family. I’m gonna make Sam’s a regular treat everytime.”

“We had to take our truck into the service shop. Let me tell you that everyone working there was so very nice and pleasant! The people in the office behind the desk and all of the mechanics in the shop as well. I made the comment to my husband that it was the friendliest people we've come across while being over the road, and he agreed.”

“We love Katana so much! It's one of our favorite date night dinner spots! Their deep fried rolls are delicious and we also love their crab rangoons. It would be 5 stars if they were a bit faster. You can pretty much expect to wait about 45 minutes if you order hibachi and about 20 minutes if you order their sushi. Aside from the long wait this is a great place to eat!”

“I went here 2 days in a row. Was a little on edge seeing the reviews if I should go or not, but it was definitely worth it. So far I've tried the lo mein, egg roll, fried rice and schezuan wonton and it all has been a delight to eat. Good space and reasonable price. It's a hidden gem in this town.”

“Went on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't busy. The staff who helped us were very polite. Our food came out pretty quick and they even brought it to our table for us. My fries were piping hot and the mushroom burger was very tasty. Overall our group was satisfied with our visit to Hardee's.”

“We were in the area on vacation staying at a local hotel. Restaurants close to the hotel either had an hour long wait or were closed. IHOP was a better decision. No restaurant is worth an hour wait. Upon arrival at IHOP we were promptly seated and waited on. The waitress was great! She was a people person, warm, friendly, and attentive. We ordered quickly and were served quickly. The food was hot and good. The restaurant is clean with a friendly staff. It is not far from the hotels. I would definitely recommend this IHOP.”

“Stopped in for a beverage and a pee. The ladies' restroom looks brand spanking new! Clean and well stocked. Beverages are cold and the people working there are friendly. There's a Wendy's in here too.”
