We gathered on Tuesday night to celebrate 3 birthdays, and Quaker Steak and Lube patrons made our family celebration one we’ll always remember! A very GENEROUS trucker from the Hampton, VA area—Mr. C. Frazier—paid for our meal. A local gentleman presented the youngest birthday goer with a “gift from nature”—a hand cut, vine wrapped walking stick. Our server Megan took excellent care of us. The food is always excellent, including the loaded waffle fries with horsey sauce, fried pickles, wings, burgers, pork chop, and boom boom shrimp. The homemade dipping sauce is amazing. Families can enjoy a fun kid-friendly atmosphere, with kids' meals served in a paper car. The restaurant features live music events and open mic night, creating a great atmosphere. Although the service can be slow during busy times, the staff is friendly and awesome, making sure customers have everything they ordered. The price is very reasonable. Quaker Steak & Lube is also wheelchair accessible.
