Horrible experience! The restaurant is only 1/4 full today (Sunday) at 1 pm and they said it was a 30 minute wait. This place is next to the highway and needs to be able serve fast. If you are traveling on I 81 do not stop here as it is not convenient. The hostess was rude as others were also walking in and they were then Leaving as well. This place will be out of business soon operating this way. Also please clean your restrooms!!

Well here it is ladies and gentlemen the prices are outrageous and you can eat cheaper at olive garden and better food. The steaks was dry, the cheese fries were alright, the baked potatoes you can get made at Wendy's and the Mac n cheese had a funk taste. I will not be back to spend another dime there.

I've been here a few times. On this particular day, the cheerful and affable Jess waited on me . My steak was prepared to perfection and the Heinekens helped worsh it down nicely ....I'll definitely be back !!

Wife picked me & another truck driver up to go eat here. Leaving our trucks parked in the back lot. They have a shuttle bus that will drive you over & back to your truck.Food - the Mac & cheese that I got was ok....but it was spicy. Never had macaroni burn as I swallowed it... wifes' chicken nachos were missing the beans and corn. Lotta cheese, little bits of chicken, and lots of Pico! 3rd person ordered a steak hoagie and blue cheese crumbles. We watched her write the order down!!!!Took us almost an hour to get these 3 things to the table, and like I said, there were some issues. All of us ordered water to drink, and I ordered the fried potato chips. We maybe ate 1/4 the basket....Took forever to get refills for waters, had to ask for a to-go box to feed my critters outback, and had to ask for the check. Meanwhile, the waitress was standing in our section!!!Bill finally came. My wife had asked, "Didn't the menu say something about beans and corn? Waitress says, "Let me go check. Never returned...believe that's why we had to ask for everything. Go up front to pay the 70$ bill, and wife asked again. Beans and corn are on the nachos description? Rudely responded that she will put some in a to go container if I want them that bad. Gave her a 5 dollar tip because I just didn't want to be there anymore. Apparently, neither did she.....

I always stop here on my way to upstate... If you're lucky, you'll catch it on a Tuesday with the wing special, and if you're really lucky, you'll get Jess as your waitress/bartender! She's awesome!
Out of the 4 meals that were ordered all of them came out wrong. 2 had to be sent back. Appetizer came out after the meals.Server was great and did everything to try and correct the issues. But I guess they were short staffed in the kitchen and wait staff because it took a while for our order to be taken and even longer for it to come out just to be wrong.Can not recommend eating here.

Took a while to get my food and get my order taken but they was a little busy so that's understandable but their is no reason it should of took over half a hour to pay for my meal. That's just insane! Waitress didn't even ask if I wanted a refill and someone else brought me my food.

Asked for a pretzel. Sorry were out.. asked for cheese burger sorry were out. But we can make a smash burger and make it the same way as a burger. Felt I got taken for a ride. At least I know what I'll get at fricken bk. Wow last time I came in there your Philly was cold. Do you even cook the food or just nuke it. Done no more! over priced.. for what I got ..
