If you have never tried the Waffle House it's a downhome experience you have to make time to try. It reminds me of the great diners of the 50s and 60s. The folks who work here are great. The meals are good hearty food made how you want and served quickly. I would recommend trying this great American diner.
Never been to a Waffle House before this one and honestly only went here as a bit of a joke to see the 'infamous' waffle house but boy was I wrong!! Staff was so friendly, place was clean and bright with (what I consider) good music even at 4:30 in the morning. Food was better than I expected, if a little greasy but hey, it's a fast food breakfast!You can buy the coffee mugs they have, my dad bought two "they're nice mugs!"Definitely making this our go-to early morning breakfast...read full review

Granted it was the day after Christmas, and wouldn't want to be working either. We were visiting and didn't realize we weren't supposed to sit until the table was cleaned. We were kind of snapped at when we walked toward the table. When our food came out, my waffles were not cooked well and not even warm enough to melt the butter.
