Stopped here for dinner. Food was wonderful. I had the bourbon street steak and I highly recommend it. Our waitress, Tiana was one of the friendliest waitresses I have ever had anywhere. And the atmosphere was great. Was very relaxing and not like some of the other restaurants in the franchise. In all it was a great experience and I'll definitely return.

Our waitress was friendly. The food took about 45 minutes to come out, and the restaurant was not busy. My chicken bacon ranch sandwich had little flavor. The chicken breast was obviously fried from a frozen mode and was overcooked and tough, even with a fork and knife. We were so thankful Applebee's was open on Christmas Day. We drove 4 hours to meet our son and were unsure where we could eat. Our server was so sweet and made our day better. I'm sorry I don't remember her name. The 6 people in our party thoroughly enjoyed the meal, service and being able to be together for a few hours on Christmas Day.
