Pulled up in drivethru around 6pm..wanted 2 large simple classic peperoni pizza, that's all. Was told it would be a 50 minute wait. The car in front of me was told The same. What happened to Hot and Ready pizza at a normal dinnertime!!??

I asked for a thick crust pizza they purposely made the crust as thin as possible and told me that it was thick crust pizza. Lesson learned stop trusting people to make your food correctly and always check the food. I was not told “we can’t do thick crust” I was told if you request it I’ll make it.

We ordered 3 pizzas for a child's birthday party. 2 with stuffed crust and pepperoni and 1 regular pizza with just mushrooms. Instead they sent 3 regular pepperoni pizzas. We are an hour away and not able to return. Little Caesars lost our business.

Place was nice and clean , the food was on point the lady that took my order didn't seem to want to be there , I normally expect good customer I didn't get that here , maybe she had some stuff going on not sure hope what ever it was got better .
What is it with the wait times? I worked for little Caesars when they started the hot and ready pizzas, that's why they use the term hot ' n' ready. As for you that use the app, of course y'all's food is ready when you get there. Little Caesars needs to step up their game like it used to be

I ordered my food at 7:30pm today. I waited outside with my #9 beeper until 8:17 and noticed every single car coming and going and then the lot was empty. I drove to the window and they asked if I wanted a refund because they will have to make it again. ARE YOU SERUOUS?! This is unexeptable.
1 week ago I got pizza and the sauce was so thick that it was not cooked right and the dough was RAW! $8 WAISTED.
2 weeks ago I watched an employee making customers pizza WITHOUT gloves which is absolutely disgusting. I asked the cashier to tell him to put in gloves when making mine. He storms out the back of the store with a pizza in his hand I noticed while waiting in my car.
The man working the window most of the time is terrible with customer service. Doesn't say anything back to you when you talk ever.
Will not be buying from here until the bulls*** is fixed.
