I am terrible with names and I didn't get the name of the very nice man who rang me up tonight, but he was one of the nicest customer service associates I've ever encountered. He pointed out a special I hadn't noticed and also that I could save a buck or 2 by making one of my sandwiches a combo, he made sure to spell my name right on my receipt, and he was just lovely to chat with. This is a great location, y'all.

What the hell happened to Arby’s or is this an isolated location. I love love love Arby’s roast beef but haven’t had it in a while. Just tried it again today and was shocked. Shocked i tell you 😱😱😱. The meat was salty like I was eating a stick of salt. The “hamburger bun” so soaked thru. 🤮. I also order the Italian. Either this items been sitting under the heat lamp all day or it’s just bad bad bad . The lettuce and tomatoes were wilted and again the meat is so salty. My lip curled 🤨. I ordered the classic and double roast beef. These used to be my favorite but it was inedible. What happened. The quality of the food and/ or quality control just went down into the trash can. Wow 🤯. And I spent $32 for lunch too

Greek gyro normally very good with nice serving of meet and fresh toppings--I've had them many times. Today gyros were both cold with very little meat, a bit of soggy lettuce, and pathetic looking tomatoes. Not sure if this is how it will be from now on or if it's just an off day. Next time I'll stick with roast beef. Two stars because the lady cashier was very nice, as always. Otherwise one star would be fair
Also, how do you run out of buns??
UPDATE: Last couple times have been great. Today asked for lettuce/tomato--got two nice slices and the right amount of lettuce.

Arby’s is know for shaved roast beef sandwiches but they have one of the best fast food burgers out there. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a thick burger with crisp lettuce, tomato,red onions, bacon, and cheese sauce. The dining room is spacious and comfortable.

The service team was amazing. The kids had fun ringing the bell.
The food is really good but I waited 20 min for it and there were only a couple of other people there. They forgot two of my sandwiches but the girl that waited on me caught it and brought them to me before I left.
New steak nugget bowls... Which also has the new white cheddar Mac & cheese with crispy onion strings... sounded pretty good..Very salty. Maybe I'll try separately but no tks. 🤣😝😞

Very pleasant staff. Excellent service. Went in to try the new beef nuggets. First visit to an Arby's in years. Decent fast food. Steak nuggets were tasty. Crinkle cut fries and milk shake were good. Fries were hot and fresh and perfectly cripsy. Food came up quickly.

This is by far the best Arby's in the area. I'm addicted to the roast beef sandwiches with cheddar cheese. This place is usually busy, and always clean. I just wish they had a drive thru!
