I am rediscovering this place. I first visted the store during the 1990's and they were serving excellent Vietnamese ice coffee, the real stuff with the personal size fresh cafe ole coffee, drip over a cup of ice and sweet condensed milk from a personal size coffee dripper. None of that day old cafe ole with tapioca BS, like the ones I got at the Eden center. I didn't revisit this place until about 2 weeks ago(I stopped going because of the personal issues, not because of the store), the last I was here was almost 25 years ago. It has been a quarter of the century, and this place is still around and just as busy as before, the food must be good just based on that factor alone. The reason I revisited this place was because this is the only place that I know of that has the head cheese in their combo sandwich. I also realized that while price of this place is higher than many of its competitors, the quality of the food is also better and more authentic, you will know what I'm talking about when you make the comparison yourself.

Ba Le, your sandwich was on point. The craftsmanship and meat to bread ratio made you a clear winner of our local family Banh Mi challenge here in the DMV area.

I don’t even like sandwiches. My ✨Husband✨ forced me to come here. The sandwiches are so good. I could honestly eat here multiple times a week. It has improved our marriage. The only thing I’m not super stoked on is that there’s no tables….

This has been my go to place for Banh Mi for over two decades and still is one of the best Banh Mi's in the area. They make their own bread and the food is authentic.
I go for carry out but they do have some basic seating. They also sell prepared vietnamese food and meats for soups and sandwiches.

Good place to buy French breads, steam pork, Vietnamese crepes, rotisserie chicken for lunch or dinner if you don’t want to cook at home. Good foods with reasonable price. Highly recommended to everyone.

This bakery offered a lot of Vietnamese goodies. The packaging and serving sizes are much better than the typical bakeries in the Eden Center. The banh mi were also decently big; they did not skimp out on the filling. However, the bread was a little cold.

TLDR; One of the best Banh Mi I have had. CARRY CASH
So this is a convenient store with a sandwich shop in it. They have plenty of pre-packaged food among other convenient store stuff. The person who took our order was uninterested and cared very little for our order and there was this band of woman behind him prepping the sandwiches. The food came out in about a minute. As far as I remember, they did not have any sitting area.
We had 3 banh mi and sesame balls. All 4 items where incredible. I would go back just for those sesame balls. The sandwiches were top tier and the portion was just enough.

The prices have increased significantly but it is what it is. The food was worth the drive from DC.

Ridiculously expensive. I asked for lil extra mayo, and they charged 35 cent each, they filled my bread with mayo like soaking bath with mayo. Like they tried to make worth the price or something. Mayo shoot out everywhere after every single bite. I mean who would eat a sandwich with full of mayo like that? Completely ruined my bánh mì and my taste bud. This is for the owner: bánh mì suppose to to be like on the go kinda food, not that expensive, and you shouldn’t charge extra and add a ridiculously amount of mayo on the bread. Why don’t you make a sandwich like that and eat it yourself see how it taste like. One word: Fraud (Gian Thương) !

The Hispanic young man working as the cashier was very friendly. He served with a smile. He knew the menu very well. He deserves a raise.
