Ordered a cake for a party on Christmas. We were told on the phone that they were open until 5 on Christmas, so we had the pickup at 3. Went to pickup the cake and they were closed and nobody was there. Tried calling the number for over a week and nobody would ever answer, so we finally went in person to speak to somebody about what happened. Manager tried to just hand us the cake, which was completely deformed and probably inedible at this point, as if nothing had happened. We obviously refused the cake and asked for a refund, which we were told was impossible since the owner wasn’t there. Manager said the owner would call the next day. The owner never called, but the manager did and said we had to come BACK in and get the refund. We said to just refund the card, he said no, we said send a gift card instead, he said no, we had to physically come back to the store, when we were just there. We asked for the owner’s number, since he was supposed to call us and never did, and he gave it to us. Called and texted the owner 4-5 times and they always ignored us. This still hasn’t been resolved over a month later, completely ridiculous.

I ordered delivery tonight and I get a phone call from my delivery service saying that Baskin Robins doesn't have what I ordered. How do you not have vanilla, chocolate and banana?! That's ridiculous. It's simple and basic. A banana split is the most basic thing ever. Why would you force me to cancel my order?! I'm pissed. If you really didn't have it, then it shouldn't be on your menu for selection!!!!! Horrible service. Never ordering again.

Every single time I have come to this Baskin-Robbins in the last 1.5-2 years, they don’t have sugar cones. I don’t understand how that’s possible. I even called ahead once to see if they had sugar cones and was told yes only to get there, and they didn’t. I once asked at the drive-thru if they had sugar cones and was told they did. I ordered my cone and was about to be handed a waffle cone at the window. Smh

I thought there must’ve been a shortage of sugar cones or something, but I’ve been able to get sugar cones in this time period at 3 other Baskin-Robbins locations. It’s just annoying because this one is way more convenient. This franchise needs to get it together.

I recently visited this ice cream shop and was thoroughly unimpressed. The selection was limited, with a very small scope of flavors to choose from. But what really made my experience terrible was the service. The staff seemed uninterested and unfriendly, making me feel like I was a bother for even being there.Needless to say, I would not recommend this place to anyone. In fact, I would rather drive a few miles out of my way to buy ice cream from a different shop than return to this one. Save yourself the disappointment and avoid this place at all costs!

You’re already spent and six dollars for one scoop of ice cream and then they turn around and charge you a dollar for a little bit of sprinkles I mean not even a tablespoon!! And then I’m waiting after he gives me the ice cream that he realizes oh do you wanna spoon like yeah no I thought I’d eat it with my hands. Some people are just dumb.

This place is a poor excuse for a Baskin Robbins out of cones, out of strawberry icecream no public restrooms for paying customers i can even see the locked restrooms doors.

No soap in the bathroom. The staff doesn’t wear gloves and the place is filthy. I’m terrified I might get food poisoning from here. I love Baskin Robbins ice cream but this location is awful.

Manager and employees DO NOT WEAR disposable gloves while serving ice creams. No hair nets employee handles cash and scoops ice cream with unwashed hands .

we were here with my son and this person came out very rude racist I listened to him I had waited a long time for an ice cream and iced coffee after they made me the drinks they told me I have to go make another line to pay this busy several people waited I told him to the cashier to please charge me that I had waited a long time and it came out very heavy and rude I have been to this store twice I live in DC but I will not go shopping again they are terrible customer service the customers pay their salaries they have to be nice not rude discriminatory because I am Hispanic and the other client was from the same country as her Ethiopian that is why she wanted to attend to her first they are both Ethiopian

Out of everything they charge you full price but they are out of ingredients instead of taking the money and not provide the service they simply can say they don’t have it I don’t recommend this location awful service
