On 3 different occasions we have arrived during regular hours and they were closed. Today, on a Friday night they were closed 35 minutes early with the doors locked.

I ordered a Chocolate shake, a mint chocolate chip shake and a triple scoop and the only thing they got right on my order was my chocolate shake and then proceeded to tell me it won’t happen again but nothing they can do about it I spent $50 on this order will never shop here again highly unsatisfied

I went there and I tried the sugar cone the flavor I love the pralines n cream, and cookies and cream ice cream. Was soooo Delicious ? I ordered the banana split too.

Avoid this Baskin Robbins location. The employee I dealt with were unprofessional, unclean and dishonest. They rip-off and steal from customers. It’s a product of bad management and ownership.

Super rude stuff both times I’ve went in. Ice cream is not cold for a little girl in front of me ice cream fell right off the cone. Half scoop compared to other locations and over all the attitudes in the store or so out of place for a family ice cream parlor definitely not like the Baskin-Robbins I knew growing up

They don't take TMobile coupons and keep saying that their machines don't work. They don't even give enough ice creams like not full scoops, bowl was empty.
Hire people who actually know how to do their job.I waited 15+ minutes for a single milkshake for them to call someone else to figure out how to work the blender...
