I was disappointed that they couldnât provide a complementary cup of ice after I spent $20 on drinks with tip. They even wouldnât accept payment if I wanted to buy just a cup of plain ice. CrazyâŚ

Website/online ordering never works. Always issues. They run out of black pearls pretty often.
