We visited there at the end of Feb. Not sure if it was due to the fear of COVID-19, the restaurant was not busy at all. Our Pho arrived within 5 mins after we ordered! The pho was delicious. Only if the servers were more friendly, I would give it a 5 stars.

Located in Eden you know it has to be decent to survive with all the Vietnamese restaurants located there. Party of 4. No reservations and were seated right away. I had the Shaking beef,menu #10 and it was good but maybe a little overcooked. We also ordered #32, #38 and #59. All were happy. Bill for 4 of us came to $62.00. Parking is hard to find sometimes and may require a long walk of 5 minutes.I would go back.

Having moved from Southern California where they have amazing Vietnamese food, I was looking for a place that was authentic at affordable prices. Luckily Hai Duong does just that. The space is situated in the Eden Center Mall but is super spacious and great for large groups. The menu is super expansive but everything is really solid. They have some of the best pho even though they don't specifically specialize in this like other Vietnamese restaurants. I also love their rice...
