For everything they want to charge, my husband went to pick up an order that had already been paid and I brought the photo of the receipt and they came out saying that they charge 4 dollars just because I don't have the receipt I see that this business doesn't care about the opinions of its customers ?

This place has the worst CUSTOMER SERVICE. Rude and disrespectful. Plus on top of that the simple design we asked and this is what they gave us. Name isn’t even centered correctly. Never go here.

I'm sorry but this Bakery is super Expensive! I went with the intention of ordering a Cake for 30 people the Occasion is a BabyShower and the options were $385 and $475 without taxes?? And the worst thing is that they were going to use a $9 decoration from Amazon! No thanks, with that price they have motivated me to create the cake myself.

I didn't want to comment but I'm a frequent customer and it hasn't happened to me, it's only happened once, it's been many times, it's assumed that one ba for bread, not old bread, or hard bread, ba, ba, for soft bread, and they come out like you're buying stale, hard bread, I went for French bread. And they gave me a piece of bread so hard that we could only eat one. I'm so dissatisfied with that place. If they don't sell it, they'd see what they could do with it, but not selling it. It seemed like a week ago.

I ordered a cake for Thanksgiving, and had inquired a day prior. The staff mentioned I could still place an order the day of and they would be open 7am-3pm on Thanksgiving. That day I called to place an order for a tres leches cake and paid by phone.When picking up the cake it looked great, but cutting into it, I was disappointed that it was the wrong flavor. I was given vanilla cake with fruit instead of tres leches.I called the following day since they were closed after I cut into the cake, to see what they could do about the mistake. The lady said there was nothing they could do because I should have ordered earlier given that the staff would be busy and make mistakes.I understand how hectic and busy a holiday can get, but I was willing to pay the difference given that I did not eat the cake. I wish they were more accommodating in replacing my order or fixing it somehow.

They are the nicest. Every cake shop i asked them to just put icing inside the cake either pink or blue ( for gender reveal) refused unless I preordered which takes minimum two days. This bakery was the only bakery that did it for me within 15 minutes. The two ladies at the cashier were so nice. The cake tasted really good. Thank you so much for making my intimate gender reveal to happen same day I got the results.

Everything I've had is delicious and they have a big selection. In particular, I'm always blown away by how fresh and flavorful the dough tastes. Service is friendly too. I work nearby and my coworkers and I all love this place. It's clean and well-organized too.
