Chipotle Mexican Grill

I had a really unpleasant experience at this Chipotle. I ordered the red (hot) salsa with sour cream, but they added the green (medium) salsa instead. When I politely said that wasn’t what I asked for, the employee immediately got annoyed. The cashier and another employee nearby were giving us side-eye, which made it very uncomfortable.

When they remade my order, the portion sizes were noticeably smaller, which felt intentional. This isn’t a one-time issue—every time my boyfriend and I come to this location, the staff is rude and unwelcoming. Customer service here really needs improvement. You can see in the picture the portion is so small even though i paid extra 7$ for portion

Went to Chipotle because I know my kids will get some veggies with their meals. We found plenty of parking available on a busy Sunday afternoon. My chicken burrito bowl hit the spot. This location has a small dining area but we found a place to sit easily.

I honestly always order from this chipotle because they give a good amount of food and it’s always delicious. The service and the people are so sweet and treat you like family. Whether it’s in person or through mobile order, they do a great job.

Wow. Rudeness - in spite of not being very busy, screaming at customers is never acceptable. We go to chipotle about 2-4 times/week, this was by far the worst service experience I’ve ever had.

Today I went to Chipotle Today I found a long hair in my food and it was disgusting, oh my god. From what I can see, they don't tie their hair up, but if they do, they have to wear a hat, which is for the kitchen, please. And it's not good that they don't tie their hair back, and the customers don't want that. I admit the place is good, the food is good, but I didn't like that they don't tie up their long hair. They should wear a special hat for the kitchen. I don't like that and in the Plato is a bowl, but it's awful, and they gave me some measly chips even though I was hungry. But I do recommend this place.

This has been our local chipotle of choice for years. The pickup is so organized and they have it down to a science.

They always skimp out on their meat. My last time coming to Chipotle. Not worth $16 for a skimped out bowl with a soda.

I recommend mobile ordering to this location. Ordering in-person here was not a good experience, while my mobile orders on 3 separate occasions were perfect and on time for pickup.

Great Chipotle. Employees work with tremendous efficiency. I've never seen anything like it. 2 bowls with a line and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

I usually have a good experience at this Chipotle, but lately the service has been disappointing. As a regular, it’s frustrating that my last two visits felt unwelcoming, staff seemed upset and it showed in their attitude. It’s not all the staff, but some haven’t been up to the standard I typically receive at this location. On my most recent visit, I was given noticeably less protein than the standard, and when I asked for a bit more, the employee bluntly and rudely said I’d have to pay extra, then gave me only a small amount that still didn’t meet the usual portion even after agreeing to pay for extra.
