I came to the store in the morning and it was a dirty environment. trash was over flowing I saw a roach on the glass where the food was located. I asked for a salad and I saw a bug on the salad. Also asked for rice and it was raw. The deans were cold. the stake was not cooked fully it was chewy and not edible and looked really like it’s been there for hours. And the toppings were empty they didn’t want to give me sour cream i asked for a manager because the service was bad they sent me a crew member that was already mad she gave me attitude and just told me to leave. I bought a cup but they told me that they only sell large and a saw a customer in front of me get a small cup this chipotle is the worst I’ve been too don’t waste your money here go anywhere else. #cancel this chipotle

This store scammed me out of my money & I will be contacting corporate in a minute! On April 26 I was about an hour away from home earlier that day & used Uber eats to order something. Later that evening, when I arrived home, I decided to order chipotle using the Uber eats app once again and accidentally forgot to change my address back to my home for delivery. Normally when I use DoorDash, if the delivery location is different from where I am currently, it will ask if I’m sure I’m delivering to the correct location and tell me that I’m far away from the delivery store. Well Uber eats did not do that so I didn’t notice until the order was submitting but there was no option to cancel or go back, so I had to wait until it submitted, and I IMMEDIATELY hit “cancel order”. It was all of maybe 3-5 seconds. I re-ordered my food at the correct location, paid for it, and reached out to Uber eats to make sure I was not charged. Well Uber eats apparently reached out to the store and they told them they will not refund me because they already started my order. That’s literally impossible!! I even have the timestamp of me ordering the food at 8:13 PM and canceling at 8:13 PM, so there’s NO way this store was able to read my order and start putting it together in 3 to 5 seconds. I’ve never had this happen before and I’m just appalled that the store would lie and keep my money like that! I will be taking this as far as I need to over $16.72!! I didn’t inconvenience you in any way & you did not waste any food because you didn’t make my food! You should’ve just given me my money back! TRIFLING!!

Stop going to this location the Spanish speaking people are some of the rudest people I have ever met in fast food they only give Spanish speaking customer nice amounts of protein with no charge they are very unsanitary around the food and they don’t care about the customer and every time I go here it is a terrible experience. I wont be going again.

Chipotle has gone downhill - from fighting for fair portions even with double meat, to finding hair and bones in my food. I’m done with chipotle. Found two large hairs in my food, attempted to call the store and was greeted by an automated system that told me to basically email. Reached out to support and was given ChatGPT answers with no real help. Wild that I paid $45 for two burritos to get hairs and throw them away. Avoid chipotle.

Very disappointed with customer service. We asked for guacamole as a side for our quesadilla and proceeded to pay for the order while the employees who were supposed to fill it up were talking to one another. When we sat down to eat we realized the guac was not in the meal and asked for some and they refused. Very rude and not kind when we had asked for it in the first place. They refused to give us any side, when the quesadilla came with three sides.

This place was not good. Service is bad and bad customer interaction. Asked for more rice for my son’s meal because it was literally half the spoon. Less than any other chipotle. They said no. Never got so little portions.

All the DoorDash and delivery orders makes the line way too slow. 3 people in front of us and we stood there 10 minutes. More food being made for those not standing in the restaurant. Walked out. Not coming back.
