Screwed up online order then refused to fix it

I placed an online order for pickup and after I returned home I noticed that my meal was missing and only the sides were in the packaging. I returned to the location to get my order remade and the employee working, Gabriella Rivera, accused me of eating it in the car and wouldn't fix my order. Incredibly poor customer service response to your employee making a mistake on an order that could have been easily remediated.

This is definitely one of the most inconsistent chipotles I have ever gone to. Unfortunately it’s the closest to me but I will be traveling to the one is seven corners instead.

Out of the 3 times I visited only once was my food edible. You are really playing roulette at this location. One time my food had soooo much salt on everything I couldn’t enjoy it. The next time i went everything was overcooked and nothing was seasoned at all 💀. I know they have standardized recipes and if the employees would just follow them instead trying to remix the food 😫 it would be like every other chipotle !

Fantastic experience here! They actually give you nicer portions and does not skimp like a lot of other Chipotles in the area. I would highly recommend this location!

Servers always skimp on the meat servings on bowls and burritos. Gotta watch them and always ask for more as their meat servings are always low compared to other locations.

Tables always dirty.

Employees always on phones behind counter or near walk-in fridge when not busy. Wash your hands!

This is quite possibly the worst Chipotle in NoVA. Everytime I come to this location, my order is like a mystery box. Most times I do not get what I ordered (including my order from this evening). I will not be going to this location again.

Everytime I go here the staff is reluctant to do their job. Tonight they were cleaning and shutting down at 10:15 - I know it’s late but it’s 45 mins before closing come on. After waiting like 10 minutes for them to finish cleaning the grill and behind the ingredients they made me my food. The portions at this chipotle specifically are very small. Have to ask for more of every ingredient. Rude staff for the most part. There’s a young guy who works there who’s very nice.

Went in to pick up an order and trash all over the place. Sat at the register to pick my food up with 4 people behind the counter and no one came to give me service - no eye contact and one was on her cell phone. After 5 minutes (felt longer), a worker cleaning the restaurant finally came and helped me. I ordered guac and they had queso in my bag. Barely any protein in my bowl. Won’t ever go back

I came to the store in the morning and it was a dirty environment. trash was over flowing I saw a roach on the glass where the food was located. I asked for a salad and I saw a bug on the salad. Also asked for rice and it was raw. The deans were cold. the stake was not cooked fully it was chewy and not edible and looked really like it’s been there for hours. And the toppings were empty they didn’t want to give me sour cream i asked for a manager because the service was bad they sent me a crew member that was already mad she gave me attitude and just told me to leave. I bought a cup but they told me that they only sell large and a saw a customer in front of me get a small cup this chipotle is the worst I’ve been too don’t waste your money here go anywhere else. #cancel this chipotle

This store scammed me out of my money & I will be contacting corporate in a minute! On April 26 I was about an hour away from home earlier that day & used Uber eats to order something. Later that evening, when I arrived home, I decided to order chipotle using the Uber eats app once again and accidentally forgot to change my address back to my home for delivery. Normally when I use DoorDash, if the delivery location is different from where I am currently, it will ask if I’m sure I’m delivering to the correct location and tell me that I’m far away from the delivery store. Well Uber eats did not do that so I didn’t notice until the order was submitting but there was no option to cancel or go back, so I had to wait until it submitted, and I IMMEDIATELY hit “cancel order”. It was all of maybe 3-5 seconds. I re-ordered my food at the correct location, paid for it, and reached out to Uber eats to make sure I was not charged. Well Uber eats apparently reached out to the store and they told them they will not refund me because they already started my order. That’s literally impossible!! I even have the timestamp of me ordering the food at 8:13 PM and canceling at 8:13 PM, so there’s NO way this store was able to read my order and start putting it together in 3 to 5 seconds. I’ve never had this happen before and I’m just appalled that the store would lie and keep my money like that! I will be taking this as far as I need to over $16.72!! I didn’t inconvenience you in any way & you did not waste any food because you didn’t make my food! You should’ve just given me my money back! TRIFLING!!
