Some of the staff and the managers are among the rudest you will find in the area. Every visit they lie about not having 22oz fountain cups, though they are under the counter. On multiple occasions the cashiers have overcharged me and got frustrated and rude when asked to fix their mistakes.

I eat Chipotle at least once a week at about 15 different locations throughout the DMV. This one is consistently the skimpiest when it comes to ingredients. If you ask for what would be considered a normal amount of ingredients at any other chipotle, they tell you you'll have to pay extra for it. Additionally, they are very often out of small cups, forcing you to buy, and pay for, a large cup. I'm beginning to wonder if that is intentional to squeeze extra money out of their customers, as it never happens at any of the other 14 Chipotle's I frequent. This location comes across as the greediest one in my experience. I'm not asking for extra, just give me what I pay for and don't force me to buy a large drink.

Chipotle Mexican Grill continues to wow me with their delicious, healthy menu of wonderful salads, bowls, burritos, tacos, quesadillas, guacamole, queso blanco, tortilla chips, and more!!! Kind, thoughtful, hardworking, and honest staff work at this location which serves a large number of customers each day. I ordered the following salad and was very happy with how it was prepared: Chicken Salad Extra Chicken ($3.75), Black Beans, Pinto Beans, Fresh Tomato Salsa, Chipotle-Honey Vinaigrette, Fajita Veggies, Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa, Brown Rice It was yummy, nutritious, and satisfying. Chipotle is doing an excellent job of providing great food to its customers at a reasonable cost. I was given a generous amount of chicken! I highly recommend ordering an extra serving of protein to help keep you full. In fact, my bowl was filled to the brim and they really do give you your money’s worth. I’m incredibly grateful and have much respect for their company. ❤️💯

Yo, this Chipotle is straight-up trash. Dude legit tossed like 9 steak bits in my bowl—what is this, a kid’s meal? I swear, I’m not trying to eat air for lunch. The portions are mad disrespectful. This place is giving zero effort, negative vibes, and straight robbery for the price. If you’re trying to eat here, prepare to be disappointed and leave hangry. Hard pass, 0/10. This ain't it, chief.

Do you like Omakase? Bc they will just give you what they want to. I didn’t ask for double chicken then I found out at the checkout it’s doubled, I said red salsa just gives me green salsa. And they start gaslighting me.

I have bought burrito bowls more than once at this location, very convenient since it’s close to work but the last few times I have found hair in my bowls. I have red dyed curly hair, both times the hairs have not been red or curly. I didn’t mind the first time but TWICE is just crazyyy.
