They gave me my order late and then I opened it to see that sour cream has literally mold in it. The spots in the sour cream were apparent even from the side and top of the container. Absolutely ridiculous.

Slow. Takes forever to even pickup mobile orders. No reason you should have to wait in line to be handed something that is already ready.

Most of the Chipotle staff in this location know me because every weekend I get out of work and whenever I enter they will serve me side of Sweet Corn chili or side of Tortillas automatically without asking them and know how much portions of food I expect to have for here to eat they grab a tray and Small cup of Soda and ask me for any redeeming rewards to scan and I scan my points and rewards whoever knows me they are super kindly to me and I appreciate it

Food was made to order, so it was good. The juice dispensers were either out or not working. There was no out of of order sign, but they all tasted like lightly flavored water. My family came for the food. I only came to get the lemonade so I was disappointed.

I always go in this chipotle and the staff are extremely disrespectful and they charged me for a steak bowl when i get chicken and then charged me for chips but then got mad when i asked for my chips that i paid for i then come home only to find a bug in my food

ATTENTION OWNER. YOUR LOCATION HAS BEEN A TARGET OF HOMELESS PEOPLE. SPENDING 20 MINUTES EATING THERE I SPOTTED 8 DIFFERENT HOMELESS PEOPLE STEALING SODAS USING THEIR OWN CUPS OR BOTTLES. THEY ARE OCCUPYING YOUR RESTROOMS FOR A LONG TIME. THERE'S A BUS STATION NEAR THIS STORE. IT BRINGS A LOT OF DIFFERENT PEOPLE WHO ARE ABUSING AND MISUSING YOUR STORE.

Staff is nice but several times now the food is too salty. Also they go overboard with the lime juice on everything

Very disappointed with my order tonight (Order #EJ8-1A6, picked up at 10:30 PM).

My wife’s Carne Asada bowl had red spicy sauce added even though we specifically chose no spicy items, and both of my kids’ Carnitas Kids Quesadillas came with no cheese at all.

We picked up the order right at 10:30 PM when the store wasn’t even busy, so there’s no reason these mistakes should have happened. By the time we got home, the store was closed and there was no way to get the food remade.

This was a frustrating experience for my whole family. I hope management sees this, reaches out, and offers a replacement order or refund.

This is my favorite chipotle in the area. I have another one that I can walk to in 10 minutes, however I drive 10 minutes to this location because the quality has been top notch every time I’ve had it. And they are much quicker than I’ve been used to with chipotle.

Ordered under the name Zachery today at around 9pm I ordered a burrito om uber eats that came out to 22 dollars due to me adding Guac and double chicken and when I bit into it there was no double chicken or Guac I was extremely disappointed that I paid this much for a burrito just for them not to put what I paid extra huge waste of money tye chipotle in baileys crossroad is far better they don’t forget to put Guac which people pay extra for and they give you good portion sizes
