Honestly, I hardly ever write reviews let alone negative ones. I’ve been coming here about once a month ish and I’m honestly just sad about how little meat they gave. I know the world is burning down and everything but I don’t think 4oz of meat is too much to ask. I weighed the carnitas and it was less than 3oz which is less than a serving. I guess I should be less lazy and drive to a better one.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to

Hi, I placed an order (Order #120) and requested a chicken bowl, and was given chicken but charged for steak instead—which is over $2 more. I tried calling the store, but kept getting redirected to an automated system that sent me back to the app. The virtual assistant, Pepper, wasn’t able to help at all.

I wish the in-store team had caught this mistake, especially since it ended up costing me more. The host listed on my receipt was Geysy.

Its a Chipotle. Assembly line style, you choose your ingredients or order your usual go to. This location isnt much different.
As far as other Chipotles go, portions are fair and lines are quick. Its a busy Chipotle, so trash bins are always filled. But this location is in a great spot. Grab and go eat in the mosaic district. Eat on a bench or turf.

I placed an order online and it arrived, but they didn't put the things I had ordered. I asked for extra steak. They didn't put it in. I asked for brown rice. They didn't put any white rice either. It's frozen. They don't put enough rice. It's just absolutely nothing. They didn't put any of what I had ordered. It was frozen. The rice was cold and was like a ball. The rice was very bad. The reviews are true. The food is standard across the company im sure. But their staff is rude and the establishment is dirty. They need to take some pride in their work

worst chipotle ever. rudest staff, never have anything. go elsewhere till they fix EVERYTHING that is wrong with this location.

My daughter purchased chicken bowl and she found a big dead fly. Next day she keeps throwing up due of the food that she ate.

Skimp city

The environment is nice and clean
But the food is too sallty! Everything seemed like its dipped and soaked in salt. This is the 3rd time I experienced this going there. Please change it up.

Absolute Garbage.
I was there 9.30pm. They close at 11pm. Grill was completely clean which mean they stopped cooking sometime around 8pm and would have food sit around 3 hours. They were put of a few items. Not enough steak for even 1 burrito. Veggis swimming in liquid and soggy. Brisket swimming in grease. No cheese left.

The employee’s are all in their own little world. I wanted to order a drink while I waited for my mobile order. Welp I got to the register to ask for the drink, and the employee literally looked me in the eyes then walked away from the register. They might want to hire people that are fit for customer service.
