Just ordered mix n go 3 pint banana flavor and I got 6 different mixins there is basically no mixins and it’s 85-90% ice cream. I hate plain ice cream, I’m stuck with this huge thing of it now. Ughh.

Poor customer service
Terrible location. My fiance and I arrived here around 9:20pm tonight and as we walk in there’s 3 young female staff members in the store. One was mopping while talking on her phone and the other 2 were already putting the ice cream and other stuff away. We stood there for almost 3 minutes being the ONLY customers in the store and were not met with any greeting or assistance. Eventually one of the staff members asked if we were ready to order and I asked if they were too busy and she shrugged off the question and my fiance began to place her order and I decided not to prolong their early closing by placing an order for myself so I skipped out.
The experience & service was very disappointing and I can see why Coldstone as a brand has gone downhill since they hire young help. We’ve decided to not return but make this review in hopes others have a better experience across the board.

I personally would like to thank the young man working today at around 6 pm. As he not only provided excellent service but coached me into picking the right ice cream recipe for my aunt and I. We may not speak English but we could understand the help that he wanted to provide at his store. Keep up the hard work. Cold Stone ROCKS!

This place and the staff were so trashy! The manager was not cleaning the spoons in between making different ice creams. The only other people in front of me found plastic in their ice cream, and two of the young women laughed at the customer when it was suggested a spoon or something else broke. No apology, they just laughed and remade it. Then it was my turn, after waiting ten minutes for one customer ahead of me and having melted ice cream, they decided to take a pickup order right in front of me. The young woman didn't care that I was first and had been waiting a long time already. No apology, no concern, nothing from the staff, almost like they dislike their customers. Still had to pay way more than the ice cream is worth and they had the audacity to ask for a tip. I won't be surprised if they try to add in a tip to steal from me like they did another reviewer. Avoid this place! I never write reviews but it was so trashy. 8/31/24

Stay away from this cold stone. Went there August 11th and ordered a large birthday cake in the chocolate dipped sprinkle cone. The employee made it with a super duper overwhelming amount of fudge mix ( all the extra amounts of fudge were unasked for). Could only taste fudge and this is supposed to be birthday cake flavor. Spoke with the manager and she was pretty terse and said they're not going to remake it, She said the birthday cake remix is supposed to taste like fudge, primarily. The customer service and the product from this location is unacceptable. The initial employee was nice, but inexperienced and the manager was incompetent

Dishonest and not reputable! I visited their store with my wife on April 27th. I was double charged for two ice cream and didn't realize. On following Monday, the 29th when the credit card transaction posted on my account. I saw the amount and was shocked. I immediately drove to the store as I didn't have the receipt. I spoke with the front counter person who was unable to help and the manager wasn't in the store. How can it be that the person in store can't help resolve a simple problem. The manger wouldn't get on the phone with me and I left with only generic email for the store. I emailed and explained everything and it took several days and more calls to the store for Angel to respond to my email and he said that the charge was double because I had tipped them the exact amount of my charge. I explained that I didn't and asked for the refund. Which he agreed to via email. It has been a entire month and no refund. I finally had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. Very dishonest and unhelpful. BE AWARE!!!
There one employee who is very rude and aggressive. Maybe he is Indian guy. That is not a good way to deal with customers

Good location,nice staff and great ice cream, but interior was tight and there was no seating except for right outside. It is in a good location, but only if you plan on standing or walking with the ice cream.

I like the ice cream from here, but it is so disappointing that they do not have any indoor seating. Not a single chair in sight. It can be difficult to sit outside, especially when it is cold and raining, and I'm sure that can affect the sales a bit. However, the service here is pretty good, and helped address my concerns about coupons. I always get the founder's favorite and really enjoy my experience every time I come to this location.

Closed before closing time.
We went to eat ice cream with our children and it was not a pleasant visit, it was our first time and my eldest daughter ordered a glass of cookies with two flavors of ice cream, thinking that like in every ice cream shop she could choose the flavors, but a boy served us He looked at us as if we were from another plan, when my daughter chose 2 flavors he mocked her, looking at her badly and just looked at her without explaining how this place worked, it was very frustrating for my daughter who speaks and understands English but she felt and we felt bad of how this boy took care of us. Immediately there was more line and a girl approached us and in a more friendly way explained to us that we could only choose one flavor. The truth is we wanted to leave the place and leave because we felt uncomfortable, but we wanted my daughter to be able to try the ice cream from this place since we came from afar just to try it.
One piece of advice, the customer asks for more flavors or is confused, it is better that you train the staff to kindly explain how this place works and not make fun of the customer or look at him as if he were a brute. What a shame because my daughter ended up eating ice cream that she didn't like even though I had a delicious milkshake!
What a bad attitude from this guy who served us on Labor Day afternoon.
