Cơm tấm le truc inside @corner_space_eden Back to my roots with comforting vietnamese food in a modern & casual setting. ✨️ Cơm tấm: Traditional vietnamese plate that comes with lemongrass pork chop, steamed pork & egg meatloaf, fried egg, bì, rice with fish sauce and pickled radish/carrots. ✨️Hot stone phõ: Phõ served in a hot stone with everything on the side to be cooked how you liked. ✨️ Bò né: Sizzling beef & eggs served with rice or banh mi. For those that don't know, I'm half vietnamese and spent a lot of time at eden centre growing up, so I absolutely LOVED this meal with the home-y & comforting flavours of my childhood.
