Apparently this location stops serving earlier than the posted close time (6pm). I drove 20 minutes out of my way just to make it here, got here at 5:40 just to be told I couldn’t order anything because they already started breaking down for cleaning. A complete bummer after my already long day.

Every time I go to a Compass Coffee whichever location it may be, the service and employees are AMAZING! I can’t speak on the food but the coffee is always just as good as the service! Wonderful !
Compass Coffee is such a wonderful addition to the area. It's more than just the fact that they have awesome coffee and a drive through. They want to be a part of the community and demonstrate that with action. Our elementary school is nearby and they gave us an incredibly generous donation for our event and the store manager even hung out with us at the event for quite a while. And for what it's worth, the coffee they donated legit still tasted delicious in the thermos at the very end of the long day. I can't speak highly enough about this location of compass. We are so lucky to have them. PS try the maple iced latte. Delish.

The staff are so friendly! I'm not a morning person, but had a meeting early so we went to Compass Coffee now that there is a location near Falls Church. The staff were so nice and helped me find the perfect drink and pastry. Everything was delicious and the space was great for our meeting. It's clean and comfortable as well. Definitely recommend!!

Went to compass coffee for the first time today and ordered a pumpkin spice latte. Tried to pay cash and was told they take cash if it’s the exact amount. I went thru the drive thru and didn’t see cash only had to be exact amount. The pumpkin spice latte tased like burnt coffee and nothing like pumpkin. I won’t be going back even though it’s right across the street.

Don’t waste your time or money. Drive thru took 20mins and there were just 3 cars in front of me. Both sandwiches were incorrect. 2 wrong sandwiches 2 mediocre coffees $31 and a 15 minute wait. Do yourself a favor-just stay away.

This place really has no respect for customers. I notice they reply to positive reviews but almost never respond to a negative review or issue. If someone has a bad experience this Starbucks wannabe just doesnt care.
If I wanted to pay with Cash I needed to give a $4 tip in addition to the over priced $7 coffee. This is because I tried to pay with a $20 bill and I was told this over priced coffee place refuses to give change. Horrible attitude. Dont make it difficult for a customer to pay. Now, you dont have that customer.
