The cashier is helpful, accurate and very nice. The service was really nice, the cashier explained what a few different pastries were. She was very helpful. The lovely lady who helped with an order was also very patient, accommodating and helpful. While the bakery sometimes has issues with customer service, the quality of the food, especially the pastries, never disappoints. They also decorated the cake and added some beautiful intricate touches. This shop has some talented people making excellent authentic baked goods.
