Best anticuchos in the dmv!! It’s a VERYYY tiny place with maybe only 4 tables insides so definitely get take out. A little pricey also but for the quality of the anticucho I’m willing to spend. I haven’t tried any other dish yet but will be coming back for more.

I used to love coming here back in the day. Now inflation is real and prices plummeted and I can’t even enjoy a Kawi without paying $18.15 for with tax almost $20 it’s wild. The service wasn’t great I called to pick up soup and they told me 10 minutes I got there and had to wait an additional 10 minutes and the people at the counter desk were not welcoming. It’s definitely not like it used to be. Now be ready to pay $20 for a medium soup. They have a sign that now says they charge $.050 cents for sauce ahi de mani and other sauces I was like what? Inflation is real in this place. I went to another Bolivian restaurant and got a different experience and prices so do yourself a favor and go where the prices are still reasonable. Bolivian restaurant here in Springfield is still selling Kawi for $14 not $18. Back in the day the container for soup here at Cristina’s was a big one and now I was surprised they found a container that was smaller for to go orders.

It is the Bolivian restaurant with the best flavor in Virginia, simply delicious from the api, tojori, puchero, the place is very small for the number of customers they have, I drove 7 hours to enjoy their food and I would do it again ❤️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️It is the Bolivian restaurant with the best flavor in Virginia, simply delicious from the api, tojori, puchero, the place is very small for the number of customers they have, I drove 7 hours to enjoy their food and I would do it again❤️

Very bad service from the waiter, they are not attentive to you, it takes too long to bring everything and they are not attentive to you as their job should be and yet they dare to put THE TIP included in the total... I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THAT

I asked if they had peanut soup and they told me yes, I ordered peanut soup to eat there, and when they served it to me at the table the only thing that had peanuts was the name, it was not peanut soup, IT DID NOT HAVE A PEANUT FLAVOR , THE MEAT WAS TASTE (IT LOOKED FROM DAYS AGO), IT DID NOT HAVE FRIES, THE FLAVOR WAS A MIXTURE OF 2 OR 3 SOUPS, IT WAS NOT STEAM, IT SMELLED LIKE PEANUTS AND THE WORST IS THEY ASSUMED IT WAS PEANUTS, AS IF YOU DIDN'T KNOW , the same with the fake rabbit, they should lower the price and don't get angry if someone complains about something, only one dish is good and I admit it, only one dish, the place is a shame.

Owner and staff do not have good ways of treating customers. They serve with hair, the place is dirty. ONLY CASH. I like the taste of some dishes prepared by you but sometimes you serve pork rinds with peeled potatoes and that is not part of the original dish. Lately they are forcing customers to pay tips, they shouldn't since that is a courtesy from the customer to the waiter and depends on the service.
