Ridiculous. 90 minutes to deliver food. Multiple times when I looked on the app it said the food was two minutes away then would change to 17 minutes. Called the store and was hung up on. Then asked to speak to the manager, who said their name is Nova, but on the website it says it is Badr. I don’t care that the food was late, if they could explain it in a non sarcastic way, customer service goes a long way.

This Domino's branch has bad service, I called them like 3 times and the person who answered the phone only tells you that he is on his way when in reality he is 20 minutes late and when you call him again he answers the phone and he doesn't answer you when you complain.

We love our experiences at this Domino's location! We order frequently, and Navin, our regular delivery driver, is simply fantastic. Our kids adore him and can hardly contain their excitement when he arrives—he truly goes above and beyond to make our delivery special. The pizza is consistently perfection, and Navin’s outstanding service takes our enjoyment to the next level. Thank you for making every experience seamless and delightful!

Worst service I have received. Very rude and condescending. Lost my order then attempted to deliver the cold order afterwards. When asked for a refund the employee said he would see what he can do then hung up the phone

It’s just insane how frequently they mess up orders in a variety of ways.
Food was delivered to the wrong unit number. Driver came to my door and walked away, when I went outside to talk to him he mentioned a different name so I assumed it wasn't my order. After calling the restaurant they said my unit number wasn't listed, which it is in my saved address, even so a call to confirm should have been made instead of delivering to a random unit. One of the pizzas also had all of the toppings fallen on one side like it was carried sideways.

I have not ordered from Domino's in many years. This will be the last time EVER.
ORDER WAS WRONG, GROSS, AND IT TOOK AN HOUR AND A HALF TO GET TO ME. And I had tipped the driver $13 on my card, because I was sick and didn't want to have contact.
I called several times right after that, to be hung up on and mistreated. Bottom-line is they don't care. Based on the reviews they might need to shut down this location.

they will consistently mess up my order. i've ordered thin-crust with square cut that came out pie cut. i've ordered the "new york style" which is supposed to be six slices, came out cut (very unevenly) into eight slices. i have always, always had to ask for the dipping sauces that were on the order.

New Yorker style is same as thin crust. Nothing more per my experience. I would have expected a thicker dough/crust. They barely put ingredients. Exception was pepperoni they put way too much (a ton). Place is clean and the guy at register was helpful.

Ive never left a review for anybody or anything ever. With that out of the way....This has got to be the worst delivery service i have ever dealt with.
Imagine living across the street and paying for a pizza and tipping 30+ percent ahead of time. You would think that would mean something. literally less than 3 minutes away cross the street and your there.
Imagine putting in an order at 8:39 and not getting your pizza till 9:56. This has happened enough now to where its upsetting. I am willing to let stuff go, only so many times. I tipped you 10 bucks on a 29.00 order and you took over an hour to get it to me.
Imagine ordering extra cheese extra sauce and not getting it. Imagine a crusty dryed up pizza instead. Imagine everything you order pizza to chicken is dried up and nasty. Imagine ordering a pan pizza with extra cheese extra sauce. should be more like a calzone. but sadly no. several 3 inch airpockets so that extra cheese extra sauce is more like half the pizza and the other half bread. Highway robbery.
OH AND EVERYTIME THEY ARE LATE THEY SAY THEY COULDNT FIND THE HOUSE. GUESS WHAT...THERE IS A GPS TRACKER I COULD SEE WHERE YOU WERE GOING AND HOW LONG IT TOOK. Flip phones have gps. maybe 20 years ago i would of been more lenient even though we still had gps back then. not knowing my house is a bullish excuse in 2024. how did you get to the 5 other locations that you put in front of my delivery.
AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. ILL BE GOING TO TACO ZOCALO FROM NOW ON. I CAN TELL THEY WANT MY MONEY. I DONT SEE THIS DOMINOES LASTING VERY LONG IN BARCROFT WITH BELOW AVERAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Ordered on Uber Eats. Order never arrived, despite being confirmed as delivered. Refund was turned down and they were rude and useless when I tried to talk to them.

Argumentative staff. Won't refund delivery fee after an hour and having to go pick up food because "we don't have any drivers" had to remake food because the food was literally cold when they tried to hand it to me.
