Service was excellent. Unfortunately by 12:00pm most of the donuts were out of stock. Got 4 glazed munchkins and 21 chocolate glazed. If you are planning on getting a dozen after 12:00pm on a weekend I would call first to make sure they have what you want. Clean place, other than donuts being out of stock, it was a good experience

Came here at about 3pm on Sunday to get my 3 year old a chocolate or strawberry donut. Drive all the way from Annandale. They literally had nothing left. The shelves had paper covering them and the one shelf left open had barely anything on it. Never I. My life have I been to a donut store on a Sunday that had NO donuts! Will never ever go here again.

This place has an issue where they can’t seem to be in-sync. The lady forgot to order an item because she’s distracted by the busy environment. I said not to worry about it, since I got my other items.After eating my wraps, I decided I wanted to order the breakfast empanada. They apologized but put my half eaten empanada back in the heater. I’m curious if that’s a health violation, but whatever. This place needs to better on synchronization, seems to be some gaps.

Mobile order and pick-up or you may encounter a line. Coffee is the best! My order is always correct and on-time. I like that if they're out of decaf in the afternoon they tell me they're making a fresh carafe; other coffee shops don't want to prep just for one customer. Owner/manager is always present and has a well-trained, pleasant staff.Parking: Plenty of parking a few storefronts down in the mornings. Avoid parking in front as it's congested and a tight corner to maneuver.

Customer service is subpar and the behavior of the manager is deemed as very disrespectful. I was disappointed that my 4-year-old child was not permitted to use the restroom without making a purchase, which is shameful. Who would consider buying a doughnut when their child urgently needs to use the bathroom? I kindly request that my child be allowed to use the restroom first, and then I will gladly purchase a doughnut.

Worst Dunkin ever, should be closed. Donut variety was bad less than 4 choices. After I converted my reward points for purchase I was told that the system was down and I couldn't redeem. Employee couldn't explain to me how to reverse points back to my account so my points are gone.

My experience is very bad, in this placeWorst worker and manager serviceBecause they give donuts the day before... and I made them see their mistake and they were offended, they didn't recognize that they were wrong.And how bad they are because workers and managers make this well-known establishment look bad..Dunkin donuts...I'm just saying like people like thatIt is in front of this placeNote, how disappointed because there are so many Latin people like me and we allow them to give us bad service... by continuing to buy at this place

Had missing items from my order and tried to call and the phone is straight up disconnected ?‍♀️ ? Food has gone downhill, donuts are almost never there and always some sort of problem when we go. They’ve substituted items without asking, missing items from orders, not hot-hot chocolates and I always feel like an inconvenience anytime I’m trying to place an order in person….

It's illogical for third-party pickups to wait in long lines alongside customers placing orders. Dunkin' staff should simply place the order in the pickup area. I ended up waiting for 15 minutes while my customer waited for their order, which was sitting behind the counter instead of on the pickup rack. I won't be returning to that store.
