This place is so nasty, floors, chairs.. everything! Very poor cleaning service here, and the costumer service it's even poorer, they simply don't care about you as the costumer. I just lost my appetite, I'll never return, all Dunkin donuts are just the same.

I literally waited 20 minutes for a melted down, medium iced vanilla coffee. I asked for extra caramel all around the cup and on top of the whip cream. Which they did not listen come on 20 minutes for this look

I ordered half dozen of donuts 4 of them strawberry frosted sprinkles, glazed chocolate. guess what I receive. Any of them has glazed just wet, I am so mad because I paid for them WAS NOT FREE.
If I can give zero stars, I would. I ordered to pick up a cake on a Sunday for upcoming Wednesday at 10AM. I arrive to the store at 11:20AM and the manager tells me he has to go pick it up and it will maximum be 30 minutes. I come back at 12:40PM, the cake is STILL not there, manager is no where to be found or located, the staff is telling me he is on his way but can’t get a hold of him. TERRIBLE!!!!

The music is very loud, it sounds like a nightclub, and you can't even talk. Homeless people arrive and stay there for a long time.
