I ordered half dozen of donuts 4 of them strawberry frosted sprinkles, glazed chocolate. guess what I receive. Any of them has glazed just wet, I am so mad because I paid for them WAS NOT FREE.

If I can give zero stars, I would. I ordered to pick up a cake on a Sunday for upcoming Wednesday at 10AM. I arrive to the store at 11:20AM and the manager tells me he has to go pick it up and it will maximum be 30 minutes. I come back at 12:40PM, the cake is STILL not there, manager is no where to be found or located, the staff is telling me he is on his way but can’t get a hold of him. TERRIBLE!!!!

The music is very loud, it sounds like a nightclub, and you can't even talk. Homeless people arrive and stay there for a long time.

While the recent renovation improved the interior, it didn't seem to address staff management/training. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and hash browns, and I was shocked by what I witnessed.
The staff did not change their gloves, even after touching appliances, equipment, and the trash can (both outside, while moving it, and inside, while pressing down the trash and realigning the bag). They then hand-assembled my sandwich using the same gloves they used to touch the sausage, cheese, eggs, bread, etc. The hash browns had numerous black flakes, suggesting the oven hasn't been cleaned well in some time.
This DD is in a convenient location. I hope they make meaningful improvements to their management, commensurate with their investment in the store renovation. If you share how you plan to address these issues, I'll remove this review. Thanks.

Terrible management. It was raining so went through drive thru to get a box of munchkins at 2pm on a Saturday. Already made, should be quick. Two cars in front of me took 10minutes to get to order screen. Once I ordered the guy in front of me had already left and the guy behind me. One car was at the window and after waiting another 4 minutes I went around them, parked went inside to an EMPTY COUNTER and 3 employees “working” behind it. I told the guy checking me out how long I waited in the drive-thru and he blamed it on manager who conveniently walked out a few minutes later and the guy said “there’s the manager let him know”. Told the manger, no eye contact just said sorry and tried to look busy. No explanation or offer of anything in apology. Get a manager who knows how to run an efficient team and has customer service skills.

The Donuts are delicious and coffee was hot at perfect temperature the Dunkin Donuts coffee shop atmosphere was very appealing and neighborhood is enjoying coffee together in this coffee shop workers was very attentive
