The breakfast omelets are fluffy and delicious.
Our meals were consistent in quality.
Their coffee beans are clearly high quality and expertly brewed.

We order delivery from this place about once a week and they almost never get the order right. Probably 80% of the time they leave several items out or send wrong items. They usually give a refund, but still, it's very frustrating, and it can't be cost effective for them to make this many mistakes so often, I'm sure we're not the only people this happens to.
Why is it so difficult to put egg white and avocado Into a toasted everything bagel? 🙃

I recently tried Einstein Bagels for the first time and I am hooked!! The Bailey’s Crossroads location has the nicest staff and they are patient and helpful. I will definitely return!!

You guys are terrible, your people don't know your own POS system. Not only that YOU GAVE YOURSELF A $3 TIP without disclosing it. Upon being confronted with this your manager was insanely rude. We had to ask why it showed $42 and when we paid it was $45. Fix your manager. The manager was accusing us of causing the issue. I have no problem tipping and do so normally, but giving yourself a tip is insane behavior.
