Einstein Bros. Bagels

You guys are terrible, your people don't know your own POS system. Not only that YOU GAVE YOURSELF A $3 TIP without disclosing it. Upon being confronted with this your manager was insanely rude. We had to ask why it showed $42 and when we paid it was $45. Fix your manager. The manager was accusing us of causing the issue. I have no problem tipping and do so normally, but giving yourself a tip is insane behavior.

Literally everything but the food is good. Great staff clean space but my bagel tasted like it was microwaved (not toasted) and had minimal flavor. I won’t be coming back.

I love the Asiago bagels. Fresh and soft. Been getting my bagels for 3 yrs now. Love it

I have been a loyal customer of Einstein Bros. Bagels for over two years now, and every Tuesday is a highlight for me! The combination of flavors is simply unbeatable - smoky, rich lox on a perfectly toasted spicy bagel is the way I start my week.
A huge thank you and the entire team at EBB for making my Tuesday morning something to look forward to! Keep up the fantastic work!

Long waiting

I can think of fewer things more annoying than going to pick up an order only to be met by a pestering begger who can't get a hint, asking a college student to buy them a sandwich thats twice as much as my own order. Like go to a mcdonalds and ask for a $1 menu item, not a $15 sandwich????

The breakfast sandwiches are always awesome here.

If one wants their order filled wrong, this is a great place to get a bagel sandwich. Not sure in where a egg on bagel is served ice cold (eggs, meat, cheese), but that how they roll literally.

Please turn off your DoorDash orders if you’re not going to complete them. Stop being greedy and take into consideration how many people you’re leaving hungry. I was at work and had to wait a whole three hours to resolve the issue And ended up ordering something else because my food just never came.

I’m an easy going person, rarely i write a review on any service; but this one is really bad. There are many staffs in the store but I have to wait for a long time just for a cream cheese bagel. The store gets more and more crowed bc pace of their work is really slow. Hopefully the manager takes the comment seriously.

This is false advertising. I either did not get the right sandwich, or the picture you guys are advertising verses what you are serving is ludicrous. Completely disappointed and not satisfied at all. As much as you pay for delivery service you would at least expect to have a decent meal or at least the right one being brought to you.

I just ordered a cheddar jalapeño Texas brisket sandwich and it looks like my the jalapeños were hand picked off of my sandwich

Horrendous service. The place was pretty empty, and it still took almost 10 mins for someone to come to the register to take my order. I asked for my bagels to be toasted. And they weren't even warm when I got them. Bagel bags were very sloppy and messy.
