Very slow. I been in this store for 25ish mins and still haven't waiting to be served and the store barely have few customers.

This restaurant has changed a few things this past month and I am NOT disappointed! About once a week I make an online order through the app (which is excellent by the way) and go on my happy way to the store. My order is always ready before the 15-20 minute expected wait and is prepared fresh. However, today when I opened my bag I saw a free cookie inside (see picture). Needless to say, this MADE my day. And this was on top of another cookie I had paid for in the order. The same courtesy was applied to my friend's order and it truly was an EXTRAORDINARY surprise. On top of this, my friends and I were finally able to sit down in the restaurant after they added 4 new tables in the store. The vibes have already been improved with this addition and I swear their music taste is straight off my Spotify wrapped. Every person in the DMV area needs to visit THIS Einstein Bagels. The staff are happy to help you and it's a happy standout compared to all of the depressed stores in the surrounding shopping center. 10/10 recommend! Best part of my day.

Absolutely horrible! They don’t give you a receipt and they don’t take your name so there can several people with the same order and there is no method to their madness. It took forever to get my order and I can guarantee that my wife and I will never come back!

African American lady with a limp had an attitude as soon as I came in and then nodded at me and asked me “ you ready”? She never Acknowledged me when I came into the store she then proceeded to fold cups and the wraps and then when I looked away, then she started to stare at me and then when I finally gave her back eye contact she nodded her head and then asked” you ready “ This is stemming from Monday same African-American lady had an attitude because I didn’t ask for my bread to be toasted. She asked if I wanted it toasted and I told her yes and then she proceeds to tell me that it wasn’t on the original order. I told her I was in the car and it probably didn’t take but I wanted it toasted ;she rolled her eyes at me, and then she suddenly just was like upset , then she mumbled something and I asked her what did you say and then she wouldn’t answer I walked over to the counter a little bit closer & I said I’m sorry what did you say and then she still did not answer and she handed me the bag and asked what kind of chips do you want? I already had the chips because the other girl at the register had already given it to me when I paid. This girl needs to be in the back office stocking , cleaning, but she needs to be away from the public because she’s got the hardest face and the roughest attitude. The worst experience this week . Then she told me that she was not going to serve me.I called corporate and I will be talking to her manager at 6 AM tomorrow here at the Baileys Crossroads location in Falls Church, VA. 11/9/23

I told lady 2 bagles, she's like $9 I'll have it ready in a min. She gave me the bag 1 bagel in it, I asked her where my 2nd one she like I only heard you order one,you kidding me a bagel with egg cheese and bacon is $9 that's just crazy never
I came in at 8:15 on Thanksgiving morning, not only were they open but fixed our order very quick. Every time we come here service is great as is whatever we order. Thank you Sylvia Subialdea

I absolutely despise their bagels. Despite Einstein Bagels' claim to be 'baked fresh every day,' they fall short in texture and taste. These bagels are far from soft, and their crust is nearly indestructible, making it a challenge for your dental work (watch out for your fillings/crowns). Smoked salmon doesn't always taste fresh, and I would much rather take the time to toast a store-bought bagel myself than subject myself to the disappointment of the offerings from this store. It's especially disheartening considering it comes from such a popular chain, one with 'bagels' in its name.

I wish I could give it zero stars. I asked for a chocolate bagel and cream cheese, which was done correctly. I then asked for an egg and cheese bagel on a plain bagel. I drove to work as usual and then I get there and take a bite of my “egg and cheese bagel”. I WAS SHOCKED THERE WAS FREAKING BACON IN IT. Keep in mind, I have never ate meat let alone bacon. It is against my beliefs. You best believe I called them ASAP and the lady seemed to not care not one bit. She was like oh sorry like girl, WHAT??!!! They offered a refund only for the one bagel but I had to go in person to get my money?? Just REFUND MY MONEY WHAT????? I don’t live near there how am I supposed to get my money. Anyways, if you for any religious reasons or any reason have any dietary restrictions. Please don’t go here THEY SUCK.
