I don't understand why the reviews of this place are so bad. No, these are not the best bagels you will have, but it is not like there are a lot of better options in the area. The bagels here are just as decent as any of the other chain bagel opens nearby. That said, the service here is excellent. All very friendly, professional, and efficient. Hi! The manager was so helpful in packing our boxes of bagels and suggesting based on our taste in cream cheese. Also, I misplaced my keys that day and called back to ask her to look outside and see if they were on the ground in the parking lot. She could have easily been to busy to look, (she was the morning manager-we were there around 5:45-6:00 a.m. Friday 11/15/19) but she took time. Excellent customer service!!!!!!

Only place I recommend eating the food (aside from Nandos, Cheesecake factory and courtyard Thai on Main st.). This place is fantastic. Ten years of terrible food in DMV, until I learned about Einsten's Garden Avocado sandwich on either the chile or spinach bagel. LOVE THIS place! I do not eat out because I dislike people talking over the food, they wear masks here, wonderful!
