One of our favorite Thai places in the DMV and the very authentic. I always order carry out every time I’m in the area.

Order the CHICKEN CASHEW IN TARO NEST as thai spicy and it was truely excellent. Perfectly cooked, well balance of flavors definitely made with natural spices as it had a strong burn but tasted natural and went away quickly. Staff is always so friendly and nice. Keep coming back since 2016 anytime I am in the area. Highly recommend.

Great food, friendly service, their authentic menu is great, especially the crispy pork belly and beef tendon noodle dish.

I've been here 3 times and the food is consistently good

Their mango sticky rice was amazing as well. Good portion sizes

Ordered the Pad Thai for lunch and it was very disappointing: the rice stick noodles were soaked in a sweet dark and salty sauce, with no veggies (or none that I could identify). It seems the quality of the food in the restaurant has been in decline for a few years. I won't eat there anymore.

Good lunch spot in Vienna if you like Thai. Try the fried salmon rice.

I curry noodles, and they have me crispy pork and it was closed so cannot return it

I think you are right. your clerk had a language barrier. She clearly said that it is fine to get the noodle, not the crispy pork.

Pork was good

It was also less affordability more just over priced and the price was not on the menu

Last thing, if you guys doing cook to order, it means wait until the customer finshed ordering

So for those customers who were not aware this was what happened

So I started my order for pork and the noodle and before I even finished the orders the cooks started to cook the pork and when the price came out and I tried to change it, they said it was too late cause they were cooking it while I was ordering .

And then, the girl went to the cook and said it was fine so they were supposed to give me the noodles. After, I got back I found out it was pork and I put in the review.

Now the Owner insunation that I orderd the pork is technically incorecct cause I never finished my order.

Again dear owner future reference.

When they say cook to order, means cook after the order is complete, not during and not before.

Thx

Absolutely not worth the money or time, go somewhere else
Portions were too small
Pad thai was way too sweet and did not taste close to authentic
Fresh spring rolls had zero flavor and barely any crab or peanut sauce
Drunken noodles were ok but beef was dry
"Soup" was just tofu water

This place suffers the same symptoms that many Thai places do: all of the food is too saucy, too sweet, too rich. Pad Thai was the worst. It was completely mushy. Don't order the fresh spring rolls. They come with yellow mustard for some reason. The service was also very awkward because they couldn't answer any questions about the menu.

As I live in the area and a couple of years ago, the Washington Post highly recommended this place. I've had it on my list for a while. Last night my husband I decided to try it. To say I was unimpressed is a compliment. The restaurant is small <20 tables. We were seated given menus and left to our devices for at least 10 mins. Our table was sticky with previous diners residue. All the other tables had their food. Our waiter came and we ordered food. I ordered thai dumplings, which upon being served tasted like they came out of a microwave (I get better at Trader Joes) once our entrees came I was eager to taste the flavors I had read about. Again, disappointment. I ordered the sauted vegatbles with pork. I thought the pork was chicken as it was thinly sliced and had NO flavor whatsoever. My husband ordered the SEN YAI LADD NA MOO MUG of the authentic Thai menu. The presentation was nothing and it was basically pork thrown in with some wide noodles and Chinese broccoli, flavor was disappointing. Our drinks were never refilled. It was obvious they were short staffed. We left disappointed and in no hurry to return.

Parking: Plenty of parking in a shopping center.

Worst drunken noodle in town。 The greedy owner didn't put any vegetable in this dish, it had no color presentation, no nutrition balance, no taste but burning spicy. We ordered three dishes total $70 , horrablly, the only vegetable i saw in these dishes was some cheap red onion. The Stir fried cat fish had a salty sauce like dead sea drying up。The dish of fried duck leg in noodle tasted NOTHING but burning dry meet in a sticky mud, totally unhealthy with no texture and no nutrition value with no vegetable but smelly onion.
Never GO back to this place again。

We’ve been dining at this restaurant for many years. Lately the service has deteriorated. Arrived as the first and only customers and planned on ordering 6 entres (not lunch specials which are smaller) for our party of 4 so that we could share family style. When I asked if I could pull the adjacent empty table closer because all of our food could not fit on our small table I was told “no, you are four”. We ended up ordering less food, the restaurant remained over 2/3 empty until we left and the young waitress remained predominantly looking at her phone. This is a shame because it used to be one of our favorite restaurants.
