Was pasaing through for work, decided to give it a try, was not disappointed.

I normally don’t eat Burgers but I stopped by this location and Mr Faddi persuaded me to try his special creation. I was very impressed it was very tasty. It was a steak and Cheese made from love. I can’t wait to try it again… thank you again Mr Faddi

I have no complaints about this place. You have to do them like 5 guys tho...ask for salt and pepper on your burger or it will taste like its missing something.

Aside from that, this is one of the best burger spots I've been too. And they have some of the best fries I have ever tasted. They are well seasoned! I didn't need ketchup or anything...even tho I had some on them.

Quite possibly the worst burger and fries I have ever tasted (and subsequently threw out). People seem to like it here and the staff was very friendly, but my burger was tasteless and dry. The best way I can describe the fries is that they were hard and tasted earthy. Almost like eating a stick you would find in your backyard.

I ordered a double hamburger with most of the condiments and it was still dry. The few bites I had choked me. What is really disappointing is that the egg on top was overcooked and rubbery. If you order a burger with loads of condiments and an egg you are expecting a juicy treat. Unfortunately I did not. The best part of the burger was the bun. The fries are cooked in olive oil so perhaps this is what some people like. Like I said, the fries were hard (which is different than crisp fries which I get), and had a very weird taste.

Overall this place is not for me. The staff seemed nice which is always a positive in a burger joint. But just not good food.

Food was AWFUL, must be a new management, the place was empty the staff was not friendly or look that clean, uncooked fries out just sitting in a basket on a rack, NEVER go there! It needs to be shut down, was a great place once.

The best burger and French Fries in the city of Falls Church! I really like the fries made with high quality olive oil!

This review is based on my experience I encountered with the manager Favi. Very unprofessional and lacked customer service. Placed an order through Uber eats and the driver picked but we never got the order. So we called the store and Favi the manager was not willing to help.
Favi surely needs more training on customer service and handling situations..!

Got food poisoning at falls church location last night, guess that explains what 630 pm i was only person in there. Food was gross and staff had no desire to be there. AVOID

Elevation burger has always been kinda hit or miss for me but honestly, this one is alright. I sometimes stop by after my workout. Here’s some advice though about Elevation burger. Keep track of whether there’s a seasonal, limited time or Specialty item on the menu. Even if it looks conceptually vile, it’s sometimes if not usually good. Like last year they had this burger with peach jelly and goat cheese, and I tried it because I felt like being weird, ended up being so good that it was my regular order until they took it off the menu.
